Down a little dirt road, the entry to Jasmine is a palm-lined lane tucked out of sight of the main road. Stayed 6 days and loved every minute. Swam every day in the beautiful pool located right outside the rooms. Friendly and efficient staff, poolside kitchen service. The manager, Mr. Koon, is full of information and arranges taxi or tuk-tuk... More

We so enjoyed our stay here we ended up staying for 7 days. I am often amazed that some travellers seem to expect 5 star service even when they are in a country like Cambodia and paying so little for their accomodation. We had been in Cambodia for some time and were thrilled with the Jasmine Lodge , its services... More

Really nice place to stay for 3 main reasons: 1. using the large swimming pool in the evenings after going around Siem Reap all day to cool off, and there’s no one else in it 2. it’s nearer Siem Reap than most others, so you can rent a bike from their sister company 5 mins away, Jasmine Guest House, and... Our room was very big but right on the top floor, hard to carry heavy luggage and the top flight of stairs had no lights, couldn't see in the dark. Has a nice pool but is right next to the busy road. Location would be could if there wasn't people selling (I think a phone contract) outside, which they over... More

Spacious clean rooms, breakfast included as well as free bottled water everyday. Having use of the swimming pool was a bonus for the low cost of the rooms. Staff were pleasant during our stay here. Short tuk tuk from Pub street which is where you want to go for good food at low costs!

The staff is soo unfriendly, cold, and not helping at all!! It has been 2 months we are travelling in Asia, and we have NEVER been treated this way! The guy from reception even wanted to charge us 1💲for extra butter! The breakfast is boring and so small The rooms are small, dirty, unconfortable and far from the center. This... More

I have traveled extensively throughout Cambodia and have never experienced service like this. Things started badly when they “forgot” to pick me up from the airport. I had to find my own way and pay for it myself. Also, having guests in the hotel seemed to do only annoy the staff. They were incredibly rude, unfriendly and unwilling to help... More

My friends and I stayed for about 2 nights at Jasmine Lodge. We arrived at about 9 PM from the Mekong bus drop-off point. We rode the tuk tuk for about 10 minutes before arriving at Jasmine Lodge. When the receptionist received our email confirmation for reservation, she immediately told us that the rooms would just need to prepared for... More
