Clean and tidy and friendly. Nice big Rooms in the new section. Helpful organising a Tuk Tuk and booking Bus Tickets. Breakfast is adequate - no real coffee though, tea also very basic (Lipton) - nice and quite as we were the only guests more or less. We stayed 6nights. Pool is a bonus. Bicycle hire right outside. Walking distance... More

We loved to stay in this place. Book quick before this place is full!! Well located, 10 minute walk from the center (Pub street, night markets). Restaurant in the hotel is ok too. Staff is very nice. The guy behind the reception booked a tuktuk for us who took us to Angkor. Rooms were big and clean Would stay here... More

We had a good experience here. Booked into a room on the ground floor-asked for something quieter, and moved upstairs with a smile. Free breakfast was adequate. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was okay, clean and all I expected at the price point. Swimming pool was an added bonus. Always easy to find a tuk tuk into town. Unfortunately the... More

While we were here my girlfriend had to spend a week in hospital and they were so helpful with their advice and were always checking to see how she was. The rooms are also nice and spacious and the pool is nice to have. Another great addition is the huge breakfast that is free with the room

On arrival went yo reception to find the young guy serving us asleep in the chair... Finally woke up extremely lazy and rude persona. Showed us to room seemed fine to start off with... Then found ants nest by the sink and realised at 7am our room was next to a construction site... Very loud and impossible to sleep after... More

This place is the perfect place to stay, has the rooms, the pool, the spacious dining area, and cheap prices, just need to boot 98% of the staff out. The lady working reception in the evening and the lovely food the chef/ chef's prepared were the best members. The rest are rude and everything seems an effort for them. We... More

Your experience of Jasmine Lodge, I believe, depends on which room you stay in, as I understand rooms vary considerably in quality. On the positive - Ok location (about 15-20 min walk to Pub Street), lovely & welcome pool, great recreation area (with pool table), good choices for hot-cooked meals (inc. some of the best fried spring rolls I've ever... We checked into Jasmine lodge, which is in the North side of the city, a few days into our time in Siem Reap. 15$ including breakfast, a few extra bucks with air conditioning.. a spacious hotel room with a small balcony. Nice and clean - newish amenities in the bathroom, and a hard working staff keeping the place pretty much... More

I stayed in jasmine lodge for three nights and I was positive surprised. I called a few hours before and booked a triple room for 18 dollars per night, so 6 per person. When we walked into the guesthouse, we passed beautiful plants and palms, a swimming pool, a pool table and a nice dining area with big tables. Everything... More

I have stayed at Jasmine lodge twice now and the service is ok. The Japanese Manager I met the first time has gone now. It is a little far from Pub Street and wonder if it is worth it to stay there. The Tuk Tuk into town will cost 1 or 2 US$. They charged 2 of us 15 US$... More
