Okay good stuff first. Service is fairly good. Most of the staff speaks minimal English so that's good enough for me. Well maintained. Staff cleans the room everyday. Change towels too. Amenities: free wifi, free breakfast ( a hearty one at that), free coffee and water refill. Serves lunch and dinner too. Location: center of the city. Walking distance from... More

large and comfortable room. great breakfast with the possibility of choices. clean bathroom but I had to ask almost every daily to clean up my room. helpful reception although a bit careless and lazy. nice pool with few chairs and the sun disappears after noon it. slightly away from the pub street but a good cost benefit.

We stayed here for three nights after we were transferred from the hostel, where they had double booked our room. The room was clean and not in a bad location fin getting into town. The value was good at $22 per night for a double room with a/c. However it rather oversells itself in the website and the service wasn't... More

We booked two rooms in this hotel for myself and family. A day before or arrival, and in peak season, we received a short email from the owner that he cancelled the booking. In the email he promised help to find an alternative. On that day, phone calls were unanswered and emails not replied and we were left without any... More

I booked 3 days ago.. Arrived an hour early after confirming yesterday. They have no rooms left! Now looking for another hotel.. It is Chinese new year so will not be easy. Maybe I should have called but I think this is their standard practice.

Down a little dirt road, the entry to Jasmine is a palm-lined lane tucked out of sight of the main road. Stayed 6 days and loved every minute. Swam every day in the beautiful pool located right outside the rooms. Friendly and efficient staff, poolside kitchen service. The manager, Mr. Koon, is full of information and arranges taxi or tuk-tuk... More

We so enjoyed our stay here we ended up staying for 7 days. I am often amazed that some travellers seem to expect 5 star service even when they are in a country like Cambodia and paying so little for their accomodation. We had been in Cambodia for some time and were thrilled with the Jasmine Lodge , its services... More

Really nice place to stay for 3 main reasons: 1. using the large swimming pool in the evenings after going around Siem Reap all day to cool off, and there’s no one else in it 2. it’s nearer Siem Reap than most others, so you can rent a bike from their sister company 5 mins away, Jasmine Guest House, and... Our room was very big but right on the top floor, hard to carry heavy luggage and the top flight of stairs had no lights, couldn't see in the dark. Has a nice pool but is right next to the busy road. Location would be could if there wasn't people selling (I think a phone contract) outside, which they over... More
