I have stayed at Jasmine lodge twice now and the service is ok. The Japanese Manager I met the first time has gone now. It is a little far from Pub Street and wonder if it is worth it to stay there. The Tuk Tuk into town will cost 1 or 2 US$. They charged 2 of us 15 US$... More

Stayed 4 nights in double bed room with aircon, and really liked this family-run place. Would recommend to anyone. Simple but clean room, effective aircon, decent shower and comfy enough bed. Nice pool by reception area. We had breakfast included - simple but tasty, and enough to set you up for the day. No lift and we were on the... More

The hotel nice and quiet, not much to do around it. Rooms are moderate, ac whats about to die. So i didnt get much cold air out of it. As well they love to clean your room at 8 am. Nice, when you hear banging on the door at 8 am middle of best sleep. And nice thing was, when... More

Good service with friendly staff, I enjoyed both my stays here, I found my room to always be clean, the fish pond is wonderful too, the pool was great after a long day at the ruins. Breakfast was always tasty and hot

I pre booked this hostel months in advance, when we arrived to check in they had sold our room. When we complained we were told that a twin pool view room didn't exist...even though Hostel Booker's advertised it, plus its on there website! The room they gave us was at the back of the hostel overlooking a building site. When... More

Do not stay here. We too read the reviews about the hotel not honouring reservations but of course, did not think it would happen to us. I was disgusted at the response when we said it wasn't good enough and we had booked a room. I have now been charged for being a "no show" despite staff reassuring me they... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room for 3 people was very nice, clean and big with comfortable beds. Pool table and swimming pool were nice. Some staff were friendly while others were not. BUT we showed up late at night to find that they had no record of the additional night we had booked through their own website and had... More

Having not been given the rooms we originally booked we moved to another hotel. They did refund us some of the money paid via a booking site but the email exchange that occurred subsequently was revealing. The owners emails were rude, offensive and contained several lies. Looking at other reviews here you will either have no issues and it'll be... More

Beautiful rooms, nice pool to cool off in and great staff. 10 minute walk to pub street. The staff are kids who attend the nearby school & work for the hotel manager who pays their tuition. Hostel tuk tuk drivers are nice and caring. Highly recommend! Possible to get free breakfast then hire tuk tuk for temple tours.
