We stayed her with another couple we met on our travels for a week in May. A double room was only $5. We had a very basic room (by choice) with ensuite & fan (we hate sleeping in air con). Look, the rooms are very basic but how much time do you spend there? We found the staff to be... more

Thought the rooms were nice but the staff were what made it. Really fun and helped with everything. I think if you make the effort to talk then so do they. Big shout to Huk and our tuk tuk driver Tera. Would definatley stay here again. Only down side was small breakfast but what do you expect for $15 for... more

I stayed there in May of this year with a friend and loved the place along with the staf who I found to be the most friendly and pleasent people. I would recomend the Jasmine to anyone staying in Siem Reap. more

Friendliest place I stayed my whole time in Cambodia. Nearly didn't stay here due to all the bad reviews but went ahead, and am so glad I did. I will definitely go back. Got free pick up from the bus even though I changed my arrival time. OK, not the best room in the world but fine for the price... more

My family and I stayed here for 7 nights in May. We found the service both in the food service and the hotel to be very poor overall. We only recieved 1 clean towel our whole stay, and the room was never cleaned. The food service took forever and was just O.K. The rooms (especially under the lounge) Was loud... more

my friend and I found a great "authors choice" in the Lonely Planet guide for this guesthouse, it said, great staff, helpful, make you feel like your'e at home....Well he was wrong!! I think I will even write him and let him know how wrong he was....The rooms are great, air-con, fan , en-suite with heated shower. The restaurant was... more

Both staff at the reception, including the owner, were most unpleasant. They were unprofessional in terms of reservations made, payment when checking out and down-right rude when accusing us of lying (that was the word used) about our nationalites (I'm Dutch), saying my sister is much too dark to be Dutch. The rooms for 3-10 US$ are not only simple,... more

I was a little upset in the beginning because Mr Kunn did not send his driver to pick us up from the airport. We waited for more than an hour. But overall, we were well taken care of throughout our 5days 4nights stay there. This is a small but very warm and friendly guesthouse. They did not hassle us to pay... more

Not the best place to stay. I paid 12 dollars for a AC room with a small TV. The room was a bit on the dirty side, and the staff wasn't too friendly. KEEP your recipe. I paid upon my arrival for my 3 nights and then was again asked to pay again when I left. I saw another group... more
