My husband and I were in Siem Reap for 9 days while he was working at a local Children's Hospital. The hotel was wonderful. Beautiful grounds and large swimming pool. The rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated. A fresh flower arrangement and fruit platter were delivered to the room daily.. The staff was very welcoming and gracious. Since I... more

I chose this resort after seeing good reviews on tripadvisor. Thanks to other reviewers for the tips about emailing in advance. Although I booked through a hotel search engine, I found the management there extremely friendly and helpful when I emailed in advance to ask questions about arranging transport and guides around the temple sites. The e-commerce manager was very... more

I've spent 4 nights here on a business trip and I absolutely enjoyed it! The rooms were clean and very nice and big, the staff and service were very very good; they were attentive, helpful and courteous. The managers really helped me throughout my whole stay, and it made my work so much easier taking care of my guest. Plus,... more

Beautiful resort that incorporates the local design with modern conveniences. While it is pricey for the local market, it is still reasonable for an upscale hotel. I was traveling by myself and wanted to stay somewhere that had everything I needed and was safe for a single woman. This was definitely the right choice. Staff was friendly, courteous and efficient.... more

As the title states, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything (airport, temples, villages, downtown, etc.). The room was spacious and clean. The buffet had many options. The only negative was the lack of consistent internet. Neither Ethernet nor Wi-Fi was of good quality. The business center computers were very slow. Usually this is... more

Close to airport, golf course, Angkor Wat and town Most importantly it is on high ground. We arrived in town right after a typhoon and the whole town of Siem Reap was under water. Our hotel was not but many restuarants and hotel were wet. Pool, tennis courts, driving range and spa a plus. Definetly the place to stay during... more

We stayed 2 nights at the Angkor Palace with 2 kids - 8 and 11. Terrific. Courteous and helpful staff. Beautifully decorated rooms and hotel, grounds and pool. Restaurant and bar were great. The head of the Restaurant was wonderful. Reasonably priced. We hired a driver through the Angkor - Dos Samban - who was very helpful. Samban had good... more

Well suited to a young family with the 5 star suite and the adjoining room. Large pool for children to explore. Golf driving range on the property as well as a well appointed gym. Food was of a very high standard. Plenty of courteous and friendly staff on hand. Close to the airport and only about a 15 minute leisurely... more
