The hotel was fabulous, spacious and comfortable. A bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within reach by Tuk Tuk (local conveyance). As regards their complimentary transport from the Hotel to the City Centre, it was provided for only in the evenings and in case you wanted out during the day the Tuk Tuk was... more

At our arrival the hotel staff met us with cool drinks and scarves, escorted us around the garden-like grounds, and... more

The service my wife and I received were second to none. The staff there are maginificent. The driver and guide we hired for 2 days through the hotel were absolutely awesome. They really went out of their way to plan out itinerary. One of the best holidays I have ever had in a long time. Will definitely be making another... more

The staffs are friendly and duty manager is very helpful. But the hotel is a bit far from downtown. It offer an shuttle bus to Pub Street at night but if you wanted to dine out in somewhere other than Pub Street, you must go by tuk tuk . Tuktuk to donwtown costs you USD 3 (one way) or USD... more

The check-in process was swift. Early check-in was... more
