We greatly enjoyed our stay here. They treat you like royalty upon check in and make you feel right at home. It is a bit out of the city center but 90% of the nice hotels are. $3.00 by tuk-tuk and your problem is solved. The hotel is beautiful, the pool area is amazing and the food is good, especially... We had the absolute pleasure and privilege of staying here for a few nights. It was nothing short of superb. They are a five star hotel and take pride in owning those five stars. Quality, luxury and class come through at every touch point, and the experience is highly polished and enjoyable. Every staff member we passed greeted us warmly,... More

Landed at this hotel by chance because of a flight + hotel package. No reason to regret this choice save that it is a little distance from the town centre. However, this was easily solved by a $3 tuktuk ride. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to the town centre on the hour from 7 pm to 11... More

I just checked my stats on Tripadvisor and I have contributed almost 300 reviews covering 55 countries. Hands down, this was the best hotel value ever. Absolutely no complaints and it was extremely affordable. I didn't know how much it cost because we had booked it through Sinh Tourist in Bangkok...I usually ask but the bottom line cost of what... This resort is top notch. From the moment we entered the huge open air lobby with ice cold fruit drink, cool wet cloths and a pretty scarf, until the moment we entered our spacious room, we knew we had made a great decision with this hotel in Siem Reap. Our room with spacious with a lovely large bathroom. Bed was... More

The reason I mostly enjoyed Cambodia was because of the Angkor Palace staff and clean as well as comfortable accommodations. The breakfast buffet was my favorite, with Khner and Sokcheat making sure my coffee was always filled to the rim, and Sokphall and Sreyreath always being so helpful and kind for dinner buffet. Mr. Dongmeng was monitoring his staff, ensuring... More

What can I say - it was simply wow! The staff took care of everything with that amazing service that made a hotel feel like a home. The gardens are gorgeous and it's hard to imagine that I was in the middle of a city. What a place to disappear to! Next time, I definitely will have to remember my... More

We stayed at the accommodation for 3 nights as part of a visit to the Angkor temples. The room we had was very large and restroom was very connivence. Moreover the bed was one of the comfiest we sleep on during our travels through se Asia, and the warm hospitality by all the staff was exceptional. The onsite restaurant is... More

I'm writing this review in sections so it's easier to get the true picture. Overall the Resort is a great place to stay and we will likely stay here again if we come back to Siem Reap. That being said. Resort/Rooms: Excellent. The resort itself is excellent and the rooms are great. They paid attention to the little things like... More

Make no mistake this is a great hotel and has lots of facilities and services that come with a place of this size. The staff are wonderful and all speak pretty good English. There is a good choice of different dishes in the restaurants including a separate Khymer restaurant which is decorated and furnished in traditional style. We did find... More
