The spa was clean and neat, so my wife went to the spa to take long massage again. The city center is a little far form there, but we could use free chattle bus to the... More

We have just left the hotel and i write with a mixed review our arrival was rushed as there had been a mix up with our pick up at the airport and we had to catch a tai Throughout our stay the best way to describe the reception staff was snooty. However the other staff were delightful and pleasant. The... More

Its such a wonderful stay, great smiling staff and fantastic service, especially at the Lily Restaurant. Everyone is positive and prompt and fast, paying attention to small details. Khmer food was excellent and a bonus to our stay. Thank you for everything!

We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is good value for money. We had a very nice room, although we were moved due to noise from rooms above, so ask for the top floor. Breakfast good but not great. Staff were lovely, very friendly & polite. Hotel food & spa treatments were expensive for Cambodia & we found we... More

My main purpose of visiting Cambodia is to see the Angkor Wat temples, as I had admired these structures for quite some time. Little did I know that I would fall in love with this gem of a resort as well. My boyfriend and I arrived on a Saturday night, and having travelled for at least 15 hours, 'tired' and... More

What makes a great trip anywhere in the world is the hotel and the driver that takes you around. My husband and I are frequent travellers and we always pay a bit more for the luxury such as Shangri-la, The Peninsular, Le Meridien etc and sometimes boutique hotels and I must say I love this hotel with its classic &... Spacious rooms - We had a king size & double bed in the room (not a roll away) for 2 adults & 2 children & still had plenty of space. Beds were comfortably soft. Bathroom had a shower & tub which is a plus for kids. We were on the ground floor overlooking the lily pad filled creek which was... More

All the good things about this hotel have been said on other Trip Advisor reviews. Typical Asian welcome of cold towels, drinks etc, the excellent customer service and attentive staff, luxury, sprawling property, amenities, cleanliness, great value for money. There does seem to be variation in what you get for free. Some get free bus transfers from the airport, some... More

We are a family of 2 adults and a kid who visited Siem Reap between 13/7 to 18/7. We booked with the hotel directly and got a competitive package. The hotel is located 10 mins from the airport and the hotel arranged for a pickup. We were received warmly by the beating of a drum, cold towels, colourful scarves and... More
