We loved Mandalay Inn. It's a beautiful colonnial with hardwood everywhere, and has the feel of a house rather than a hotel even though it's pretty big. Spotlessly clean, cozy common areas downstairs, nice restaurant with great food. Owners super friendly and helpful, very honest and straightforward when arranging tours. Wifi downstairs but not in our room, and was a... More

I was recommended the Mandalay by a couple of friends who have stayed there, and I was certainly not disappointed. One of my main concerns setting out on this trip was security of my photography gear, so I was prepared to pay a little more to get a good single room where I could lock stuff up etc. The room... Good little hotel with an extremely friendly, helpful staff. They will literally go out of their way for you. Room was 18 dollars a night but that was high season prices. Rooms were basic with views of a brick wall but clean and comfortable. The hotel offered tuk tuks for Angkor tours for 12 dollars which is a bit cheaper... More

A few blocks from the happening Pub street and a plethora of other excellent street activity, the Mandalay Inn was a superb find for us. It's located on a quieter block, and seems perfectly safe. The place is spotless; you have to take your shoes off before entering the guesthouse. The staff is very friendly, and we loved chatting with... More

Lovely, clean hotel in a nice quiet area of Siem Reap but only a short walk away from the market and main strip. Rooms well sized and cleaned every day. Free wifi in hotel. Restaurant downstairs served tasty Burmese food. Would recommend

I liked the guesthouse. The room was small but had charm and very well priced for its location. It was quiet and efficiently run. There is a little tourist booth on the outside that will organize absolutely everything for you while you are in Siem Reap. The only problems I had there was the internet was unuseable, far too slow... More

We walked into Mandalay Inn without reservations and were extremely impressed with the honesty and level of service that the reception provided. As this guest house does not provide commission, it is no wonder that our airport taxi "didn't know" where it was - study the map yourself so you can direct the ride! It is a guest house, so... We found out this guest house by reading reviews on this web site. We booked our room through the guest house web site: http://www.mandalayinn.com/. We also arranged bus station pickup during booking. We got confirmation fairly quickly. And when we arrived at Siem Reap by Mekong Express, a tuktuk driver with my name on a board were waiting for us.... More

We stayed four nights here and loved it. Our room was good, clean and had everything we needed. It was a little small but it wasn't a problem. The hotel is run by a Cambodian lady and her Burmese husband. She is the nicest, friendliest & most helpful hotelier we have met on our long travels through SE Asia. Her... More

A close friend recommended us Mandalay Inn for our group trip to Cambodia on October 2008. We're a group of 20 young adults on a budget trip. We stayed 3 nights in Mandalay Inn Guesthouse and everyone of us were glad that we've stayed there. We arranged for Mandalay Inn to pick us up at the airport, and on our... More
