We selected this location because of the good reviews on lonely planet and trip advisor but were disappointed. Though the staff is extremely nice and helpful and the location is convenient, the quality of the room was much lower than other similarly priced places stayed around SE Asia. The room was quite small, and the beds were thin/pad mattresses and... More

Location: Located in the quiet area next to Thai restaurant shop. It is convenient and not noisy at night. Room: Double room type: It is enough for 2 ppl, not luxyry--compact. Shower: The best shower with hot and cold water. The toilet is clean and no smell at all. Reception: We arrived at 7 pm. and the receptionist knows his... More

Stayed here for the 4 days we were in Siem Reap and had a wonderful experience. Checkin: Check-in was quick and with a smile. The reception staff was very nice and trained. They did suggest us travel itineraries but were not too pushy to sell own either. We took the hotel's tuk-tuk for all our travel in Siem Reap and... More

We were here last April 2014. The day we arrived was also the Khmer New Year. I felt like I was in a museum since the place was decorated with buddhas and all other Buddhist and Khmer decors. It was cool really. The staff were so friendly, we felt right at home. They spoke good English thus we were able... More

We arrived and chose this hotel out of the lonely planet. On our arrival the staff couldn't do enough for us, we had a drink and decided if we were going to stay here, checked the rates online then decided to book in, they actually did us a better deal then the online price. The rooms are simple but clean... More

We stayed here for 3 days, and loved the entire experience. The staff is the sweetest, and looks out for your best interest and not look to make money. When our Debit Cards stopped working at ATMs, they were even kind enough to let us swipe CC at the hotel and give us cash in return. The food here is... More

This hotel is now called Mingalay Inn which was a bit confusing but the name seems to be the only major change. The staff is very friendly and is doing a really good job. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the price of 15$ per night is totally fine. You can book tours at the reception with... More

Spent two nights in a basic room, ideal location very close to the shops and restaurants, but quiet enough. Wifi could be a bit stronger, though. Young staff is very helpful and positive, rents bikes and arranges bus pickups smoothly.

I moved in a hotel 1 day after booking date (because of 24 hours delay of my international flight). I was given a room without charge for first night, just for 8$ for Single room. Of course, the room was simple, but good. Hot shower, safe lattices on windows that I could sleep with open windows without thinking of robberies,... More

We booked the hotel in advance over Agoda. Payed 13 $ per night, breakfast was not included, bit they have a restaurant and for 2-4 $ you can have a decent meal. Coffee, Milo and tea are for free in the lobby, next to the reception. They also have two computes to use for free. The hotel is located 5... More
