This hotel was quite nice with a lovely pool and grounds. Wireless was a bit iffy. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, nice size rooms. Decor was quite nice. Not too far from the center of town but you can't walk to it. Nice breakfast

Excellent hotel with very nice amenities and a decent breakfast. As part of a gate 1 tour this hotel was included in our package. The location is pretty good, being able to go anywhere within the city for less than 5 bucks each way. The breakfast room is TINY so in the mornings is chaos thanks to tons of tour... More

The hotel is nice and beautiful, the room is big, the toilet is big, and have a balcony . Location is near to town. Price is reasonable with that kind of hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall im satisfied to stay here.

Our tour company booked us into this Hotel for three nights, generally we were pleased. The room was nice, clean and had everything we wanted, the laundry service ( after a week on the road) was fantastic but, as other reviewers have said, the wi-fi was terrible- inconsistent, difficult to log into, low strength. We arrived on New Years Eve... More

I stayed 2 nights. Room was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There were two bathrobes per room, which was nice. AC worked, shower flooded, bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating but lacked even basics of English and typical hotel vocabulary. Two main issues: loud events around the pool area lasted after 22:00 (my balcony faced... More

Lovely hotel with amenities. The room was spacious and had a balcony, plus nice big bathroom. The spa was fantastic after a day of touring Angkor Wat. Just the perfect end to a perfect day. The massage was great. Breakfast was a buffet with many choices. Close to town but not too far either.

The hotel architecture is beautiful with a lot of wood and stone. Unfortunately I remember it's shortcomings. The Wi-Fi never worked in the room and rarely worked in the lobby because so many people came to the lobby with the same problem. The lock on our patio door was broken. We asked for service and it was evident that someone... More

Stayed as part of GATE1 tour +ve Modern hotel with updated rooms Some attention to detail in the room ex. light switches with labels, overlapping curtains so no light gets through Decent sized outdoor central pool and hot tub area with some rooms getting the pool/courtyard view, though because of the direct sunlight the pool isn't popular during daytime. Restaraunt,... More

Booked the hotel through Tripadvisor and enjoyed every minute of it in the hotel. Lovely rooms, breakfast and breathtaking swimming pool. Took us 15 minutes to the Pub Streets. Plenty of choices for the breakfast and only if the services could be improved.
