Excellent staff especially Sokkol Thun who always ensure we are well looked after and has great customer service and always smiling. He reminded us to have the free meal from the hotel which we totally forgotten about. We were picked up to and fro from the airport promptly, free bottles of mineral water daily and prompt room service. Great buffet... More

My family and I stayed at this hotel for four days when we visited Cambodia. The rooms (and bathroom!) are clean and spacious, which are great. The staff members were very helpful and accommodating especially Mr. Sokkul who helped us during our one-day visit in Thailand. The buffet-style breakfast was very delicious (and free!), which another big plus. If you... More

I stayed in Royal Empire Hotel with my husband and my second daughter Jamie during our vacation in Cambodia this July 2014. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They treated us like "royals". Whenever we stayed in the lobby, they offered us ice cold water/juice and also cold face towel. It really helped quenched our thirst and felt better.... More

This is a good hotel, the staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, and the rooms roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast which was varied and well-prepared. Internet is a problem-We were unable to connect during our stay there, but as it wasn't essential, we didn't raise the issue. However, my main warning is with regards to the... More
