I travelled almost every month and stayed at quite a few hotels. This is by far the best service I received, attendive, responsive, and always with a smile. Whenever you are back to hotel, staff would greeted 'welcome home'and give us cold wet towels. The food at the hotel (resort side) is good. We tried a few restaurant outside hotel... More

My friend ad I stayed for two nights last week and were thoroughly delighted by this beautiful little hotel and the wonderfully warm and courteous staff - they made us feel so important as we were greeted each time we came in with cool drinks and so refreshing cold towels. The décor is smart and austere, all back and white... More

'Welcome Home', the staff say as they smile and help you with your luggage out of your car/tuk tuk in the hotel's driveway. And straight away you're offered a much needed refreshing cool fragrant towel. Even after just the short journey from the airport in their air conditioned car, that refreshing cool towel is so welcome. Even if you're not... More

The resort is amazing, the decor and the fixtures and finishings in the room were great. The pool was lovely and warm, and we cold have spent all day drinking their "open heart" signature cocktails. They were so warm and welcoming anytime we came into the hotel or even went out to the pool. Easily got us a tuk tuk... More

Was there with my family for a 3 nights stay just earlier this week and it was a most delightful stay. The staff all spoke very decent English and communication was never a problem. The hotel (Club) was very contemporary in design and the rooms were all very tastefully designed. We were upgraded to a deluxe garden room as the... More

I have travelled extensively and NEVER encountered such a congenial staff. From the sincere good morning from the first staff member you encounter to the ice cold towels and bottled water accompanied with a heartfelt Welcome Home when you return from a day of touring this hotel is a standout! Wonderful open architecture in the public areas. Quiet yet convenient... More

I stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room as a solo traveller recently. The positives are that the room was very spacious and stylish, the food very nice, the service attentive and I was granted a late check-out without any fuss. However, I didn't feel comfortable with the over-the-top service. I know others love the service but I simply... More
