It starts as you arrive and are greeted with a cooling and fragrant face towel. From then on, nothing is too much trouble. The service is very subtle and genuinely friendly and welcoming. Everyone seems to be proud to be a part of the hotel team. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Accommodation is of a very high standard but... More

The staff at Shinta Mani are wonderful. I arrived on my birthday, although did not say anything about it. However, that evening a knock came at the door. The staff had spotted that it was my birthday, and presented me with bothe a card and a cake that they had made. It was a wonderful surprise, and very much made... More

We were greeted with warm smiles, cool refreshing hand towels, champaign and personally toured and taken to our room by the hotel manager. This is the service all their guests receive. The rooms are beautiful and fresh fruit and sculpted fresh lotus flowers adorned the room. Every day they host a wonderful happy hour in the upstairs covered outdoor terrace... More

There is a saying that friendship is not a big thing but a million little things and a truly great hotel is the same - it's not a big thing but a million little things. And here at the Shinta Mani Club it's the little things that make this hotel extra special - it's the Khmer smiles and the pride... More

The experience at the Shinta Mani is indescribable. The first day before we checked in, we went for lunch at the swings over the Koi pond. To us, that alone was amazing. The wait staff are the loveliest group of people you will meet and will continuously help you to no end. They remember what you like to drink and... More

After an unbelievably long queuing at the airport for the visa on arrival we arrived at Shinta Mani Club ...a nice Boutique Hotel nested in Siem Reap city centre in a quiet area. Warm welcome with drinks and fresh towels. We immediately noticed the fantastic staff who is really the asset of the hotel. Our three bedrooms were ready and... More

We stayed at the Shinti Mani for a few nights from the 19th December 2014. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we could have not been made more welcome. The hotel was lovely and clean, the food exceptional, the people friendly, helpful and didn't stop smiling. When you returned from a trip, the cold towels were... More

We arrived from the airport in the evening, and we really appreciated the welcoming in the hotel. After long hours of travel, you are served a fresh and cool welcome drink while seated, waiting for the hotel staff to take care of our reservation. It is of course the custom in South-east asia and good hotels around the world but... More

Clearly a little behind on my review, but enjoyed a 4 night stay In Late June with my wife on our honeymoon. Everything from the cold towels on our arrival each day, to the gracious farewells every time we left our room was impeccable. The grounds and common areas were meticulously maintained, the rooms well apportioned, and the Ankor in... More

We spent three nights at the Shinta Mani Club in Siem Reap and must say we loved it. We picked alternative, sustainable hotels and accommodations in most of our destinations but couldn't do without a few days here. The room was very well appointed. Comfortable bed and linen, very modern bathroom and a super fancy Illy coffee machine that honestly... More
