We stayed here whilst visiting Siem Reap. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive and the facilities were superb. The food was excellent and the hotel is very well positioned for reaching all parts of the city. Bensley's bar was a great place to relax after a hard day's sightseeing! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it... More

we stayed here for 2 nights in November 2014. centrally located with easy and quick access to the town and its buzzing vibe, yet quiet enough to feel away form it. we used the facilities of bith the hotel and club and both were excellent. the main pool is lovely and clean, the smaller pool is really for show albeit... This was my favourite hotel during my tour of Indo China. It was so peaceful to sit outside your room or by the pool and just relax. The room was excellent as was the food and service given by the staff. Siem Reap is a fantastic plave to visit. Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom visits are a wonderful experience. The... More

This is a stylish hotel, with spacious & comfortable rooms and a charming restaurant serving great food. However what impressed me most was the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was greeted by the Guest Relations Manager (Rene) when I arrived late on a Sunday night. After discussing our needs, she helped me to structure a suitable itinerary and arrange... More

I stayed here in October whilst visiting Angkor Wat. A wonderful experience at the hotel. This is what service should be like. Nothing too much trouble and a manager who actually cares. Accommodation and food excellent. Reasonable location but in any case cheap tuk tuks- motorised transport- on the doorstep.

Outstanding staff that make you feel like family. Spent 6 nights at this hotel. Each time you return you are greeted with "Welcome Home" and a cool cloth. The most courteous and personable staff I have probably ever experienced. Great happy hour daily. Food was quite good, expansive breakfast included with stay. My spa experience was not great, though many... More

Just had to say what an amazing place this is due mainly to the staff. They are all so kind and helpful and genuinely interested in you as a person, not just another customer. You get a very welcome wet hand towel within seconds of arriving each time with at least 2 or 3 staff on hand to help with... More

Certainly the friendliest staff we have ever encountered and could not have been more helpful. That is from the manager to the cleaner. A great experience and a credit to their country. Definitely worth 7 stars, paul.bannister@btinternet.com

This is without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff could never do enough for you, chilled hand towels when greeted back at the front entrance each time and genuine interest and enquiry into your needs/plans. The rooms and hotel are are all meticulous, beautifully but simply designed with fresh flowers everywhere and fruit in your... More

My husband and I stayed in Siem Reap for 4 nights at the Shinta Mani club and we had an unforgettable experience! We arrived on the last day of the water festival and the atmosphere in the area was buzzing. One thing which makes this hotel stand out from others is the exceptional service the staff provide- they make a... More
