Staying at Shinta Mani has been the best experience you could imagine. I stayed at the hotel in connection with work, where he held a 3 day’s meeting. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such great service. No details were missed! The staff was also very flexible adapting the changes we constantly had to our agenda/programme. We... We have travelled the world for many years but I struggle to think of a friendlier, more service orientated hotel anywhere. The staff are all genuinely friendly and will do anything they can for you. We cannot even single out one person as standing out, they were all brilliant. This is a small and exclusive hotel, very well located for... More

Wow, what a gem. The best of the 4 hotels we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Cambodia. We had room 101, a 'superior room' on the ground floor beside the lap pool. Fresh fruit in the room replenished daily, fresh flowers, little extras provided free, like ice cream served round the pool every afternoon, bottled water in room,... More

Beautiful place. I would rate it 5 stars, but service is from good to excellent and it is the good part that I took 1 star off. In cambodia service is usually just ok, everyone is very nice, but it is just not on par with international standards. But comparing to other hotels, the service is great. Thanks.

I only had two days to visit Siem Reap and found this hotel through trip advisor recommendations. The recs certainly did not disappoint as this was an amazing hotel. The rooms are great! They are spacious, clean, comfy bed, large bathroom, great tv, sound system, good balcony. The room was more that I expected. The pool area cozy. Yes, cozy.... More

We stayed here for 3 days during our Indochina trip. This was truly a home away from home. The staff were fantastic and couldn't have done more. The hotel's philosophy is something to be admired. They support the local community through training and education.

From the moment my daughter and I arrived we felt relaxed and "at home". Where does one start when there are so many things to mention! Prepare yourself for a novel! The cold towels and warm welcome home each time we returned from an outing, the genuine smiles and willingness to help from every staff member, the sensational food and... More

A wow , from the first minute. This hotel and the amazing historical remains nearby , within a Tuk Tuk ride , made our stay here the highlight of our visit to Cambodia and Vietnam. The black and white decor ,together with clever use of water, shade and numerous beautiful floral displays created cool and elegant public spaces. The same elegance... More

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel 'at home' and part of the family, the team at Shinta Mani Club are what makes this hotel so special. They have real passion for what they do, their wonderful country and this superb property and this comes across during every interaction. The beautiful lotus flower 'art' which is created... More

Love this place, the moment you walk through the entrance you feel relaxed and welcome. Staff are only to pleased to make sure your stay is perfect. The rooms are well proportioned, the beds are very comfortable with staff even turning down the covers for you. The restaurant is delicious, with dining options both inside or outside on swinging day... More
