Dear Sirs, we - a familiy of three - have been at your place from march, 30th on staying four nights. Our experience was absolutely pleasant, especially with your staff at the reception an above all the tuktuk-driver you provided us with (unfortunately forgot his name). He was very kind, always in time, cautious and attentive. We would absolutely recommend... More

After one night at an indifferent hotel in the town center, we moved to Pavillon Indochine and stayed for for nights. All the staff were very friendly but not intrusive. The family suite was beautiful, roomy and well air conditioned. A great treat as we are travelling with young children was the casual chairs set up outside each room. We... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. Service was excellent , lovely room and pool..only fault was no hairdryer in the room, my friend asked for one and was told they were all out. breakfast was lovely and the hotel has a tuk tuk that will take you into town free...but you usually have to find your own way back unless you... We loved this hotel. It was out of the city center on a quiet street. We traveled with older kids and they enjoyed the large family room (having the two single beds for the kids was nice and two bathrooms), and the swimming pool (used it everyday) and of course the free wifi. The breakfast each morning was excellent and... More

Stayed here for 5 nights with our 3 young rowdy boys. Service was exceptional from the pick up from the bus stop to the advice given on things to do. Our boys were probably too noisy for most of the guests here but no one complained about them. The pool area is fabulous and provided a welcome rest after seeing... More

Pavillon Indochine is a very welcoming, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, very good amenities, and a charm that hearkens back to the colonial era. Very laid-back and relaxing. Just a bit on the outskirts, but only a 10 to 15 minutes tuk-tuk ride to the center of town. The advantage is no neighborhood noise - the neighborhood is very quiet... More

Hotel of colonial middle class type, with large rooms, small individual patios and a nice swimming pool with some tropical plants. Excellent breafast. The staff is very kind and attentive. The location is half way Angkor and Siem Reap downtown, that means it is not so hot and so noisy that in the center of the city. The price of... More

My family stayed in this hotel in the family room. The space they gave is great , we can have 5 pax comfortably in the room. This hotel is located in a back lane, thus, it not very easy to excess the place. However, the hotel provide a TuTu for our usage per day, it great to run around in... More

I stayed here with husband and two kids in a family room. I deliberately avoided the well known chains in town we are used to staying in else where and Iam so glad I did! The level of personal service we experienced was incredible, we have paid
