We paid $35 a night for 3 people and stayed 2 nights. Room was clean yet basic. Hot water and AC worked however water pressure was a bit low. Staff was excellent. Credit card accepted. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We ordered lunch and the food was exceptional but service was extremely slow. Each person's food was delivered individually and... More

Great value! We were on bottom floor so always felt that there were Mosquitos or bugs around, lots of bug spray. Loved all of the wood and that we had 3 beds (instead of a pull away). Ask for blanket as one of the beds only had a sheet. Breakfast not good:(

Old hotel, with dated rooms. Pool is very old and not clean. As others said, if you book online is cheaper ( unusual for South East Asia). Asked the manager if extra nights could be the same price as booked on agoda.com and he said : "NO". So instead of having us staying at lower rate, we moved to another... More

This was a good hotel over all. A bit over priced and when I checked the internet price the second day, I saw that it was about 10$ lower. The poolside area is quite nice and relaxing. The staff was courteous and helpful for the most part. The walls are a bit thin as I had some neighbors that were... More

The best aspect of the hotel was the pool and garden. The garden was a nice place to enjoy the reasonably extensive buffet breakfast, and later in the day in was great to swim in the pool and chill out on the loungers. Our room was ok but a bit dark as it was wood-panneled and the window faced onto... More

We ended up here by accident after another hotel did not have our booming when we arrived. The rooms are a good size , big bathrooms and ours also had a balcony. Pool and facilities were really good as well. Well located to go anywhere and plenty of places to eat nearby. Downsides were the breakfast was very average even... More

Neak Pean is in a great location near Pub St but is tucked back just enough to be peaceful and quiet. It has been built in the traditional Cambodian style with wood panelling and nice gardens surrounding the rooms. The pool is large and clean and a blessing after touring the temples in the heat of the day. We stayed... More

Neak Pean has nice and helpful staff and is great value for money. The wood panelling throughout is overwhelming but a testament to the craftsmanship required to put it together, full of old world charm. Great landscaping and a large pool to cool off in at the end of a long day touring. Breakfast is of limited choice but good... More

The landscaping & pool area were very nice. I found the rooms a bit dark and needs updating. The bathroom was large, but did not drain very well and by the time I finished my shower, I was ankle deep in water. The beds were very hard. The breakfast the first day was cold French toast, cold heart shaped waffles... More

Thank you for staying with us we appreciate your review and happy you enjoyed our pool and landscaping. Now to fair about the coffee maker not working and the waffles cold in your own words you also stated there was a brown out (power failures in the area) this would explain the coffee maker not working. Power failures are rare... More
