We stayed for five nights and mostly enjoyed the hotel. The decor is Cambodian with emphasis on heavy dark wood furniture - even in the rooms. The rooms do lack adequate storage space - so we were living out of suitcases. The plumbing is not soundproofed - a design fault. You will hear bathroom noises in the bedroom for a... More

After a long day tour, clean trowel and the aroma of lemon grass were welcoming our return at hotel lobby. So lovely! Clean home ! No significant wear and tear was found inside the room and restroom! Very appreciated with their attentive services and friendly smiles during our visit.

Looking at the tripadvisor rating I had high hopes for this hotel. Initial impressions looking at the public areas and you get the feel that this is a very good quality hotel. The breakfast, Lunch & dinner buffet are very good indeed. A vast selection of options will leave no one hungry - top marks from us! To the bedrooms... More

Hotel was really nice. Looks like a new foyer/entrance built and added onto the existing hotel - couldn't notice unless you look carefully. Room was beautiful and bath was amazing. Gym was very basic with older equip. Staff were great and transport was always available and cheap.

Good points first: its location (short drive to Angkor Wat, 5-min by tuk tuk to Pub St & Night Market), friendly & efficient service, beautiful front-half of lobby, great b'fast spread (Western, local, fruits, egg station, crepe station, etc), free wifi, nice balcony (although small), spacious pool area. But for a 5-star hotel, these fell short of the mark: tired-looking... More

We stayed on the Privilege floor, which is a kind of boutique-hotel on the top floor of the Borei hotel. The hotel itself is a bit worn away but fully functional and clean. Their best point is the well trained staff. Immaculate service from an extremely friendly team. Special mention to Mr. Alex, Mrs. Judy and Mr. Sony. We had... More

This hotel was a good ending to our trip up the Mekong. We had a comfortable, clean room. The staff were amazing, so polite, helpful and always on hand to help. The Manager, Sean, particularly was so professional and could not have been more charming. The Spa was fantastic and so reasonable and the whole experience from the girls who... More

The best that the Borei has to offer is its staff! The best of all is Mr. Dawind who cares for everyone and everything. Everyone at the Borei is dedicated to make your stay more enjoyable. This was our first trip to Siem Reap. There were 4 of us. We had a great deal for the hotel. We were taken care of from the beginning till our departure date. The staff were very helpful and polite. And surprisingly! Most of them spoke decent good English.. We especially like to thank Bona d manager for arranging a... More

We had a wonderful time staying in Borei Angkor. The hotel was very lovely and our room was wonderful as can be seen in the photos. The best part of Borei Angkor though are the staff. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and friendly and made sure that all our needs were met. Will definitely stay here again if I go back... More
