We booked this guesthouse on short notice via email for which the communication was excellent. We got picked up from the airport for free by the friendly Mr Khun, the resident tuk-tuk driver cum night porter. We also used him to drive us round the outer loop of Angkor. I imagine you could find a driver for cheaper than the... More

After 1 month in Cambodia, we decided to treat ourselves for our last stop, Siem Reap, with a good hotel with a swimming pool and included breakfast. We were highly disappointed !! First thing : the room : We had a twin beds room. When we tried to move the (hard) beds together, we discovered a big pile of dust... More

Stayed here because of the pool and the location. Price paid was $25 per night. Pool is ok. It's more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool so don't count on getting much exercise done. There is a bar and sun loungers round it so it's quite social if you like pools. The location is a little bit far... More

The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable. It was nice to have a bath. The pool is nice in a secluded spot. There is not much room for the sun loungers,I think you have to be up early to secure yourself a bed, there was no where else to sit or lay.Breakfast was basic but in all a pleasant stay.

The pool is definitely a highlight and is very clean and a lovely place to relax. The location is good too - far enough away from party central to get away from things, but only a 10-15 minute walk from everything you need at most. The staff are variable - the man who I assume is the owner could not... More

A good pool. The rooms are fairly clean but decor needs a clean repaint. Bathroom is in desperate need of cleaning in the corners. I had two rooms as I had to move midstay. The second there were wires sticking out of the ceiling. No towels were put in the rooms. The owner is very friendly and smiley, but not... More

Fantastic experience. Arrived early as I caught the night bus. I was allowed to have a shower and place my belongings into the room prior to check in. Very professional and accommodating. Pool is FANTASTIC along with WIFI and breakfast which is included.

We stayed here for 4 nights and would definitely stay again. The family and staff are really friendly and helpful and will organise trips to temples, boat/bus tickets and also free pick from airport. Average price is $15 a day for a tuk tuk and we kept the same driver because he was so good. The room was cleaned every... More

I stayed for 3 nights at the Mom's GH and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is fantastic with nice breakfast and coffee, offering wonderful large rooms overlooking the gorgeous pool. Staff were always happy and ready to help arrange tours etc to Phnom Penh and Angkor temples. The pool was lovely and there was always a sunbed available.... More

Stayed at Mom's guesthouse for 3 nights in November; used the free airport pick up (by tuk tuk) with Mr Khun (093250822) who became our guide around the temples for 3 days at 15 dollars a day which was fantastic. You can get picked up whatever time you require and he will wait for you while you visit all the... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
Amidst the region of the secret history of the temples of Angkor, Mom's Guesthouse is one of the few best family-run guesthouses currently operational in Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia. Mom’s Guesthouse opened in 1992. It initially started with 15 Khmer traditional wooden rooms. Thanks to our hospitality and excellent service, Mom’s Guest House has become very popular for both local and international tourists. Our business is progressively growing. By early 2004, we were able to replace our wooden guesthouse with a brick building of 30 luxury rooms and March 2010 we built swimming pool. ... more   less
