We planned to stay at this guesthouse but somehow wound up at "Mommy's" Guesthouse by mistake. We switched over to Mom's right away, a huge improvement. Mom's was convenient, clean, and the pool was terrific in the hot afternoons. I felt the general staff was friendly, but perhaps the desk manager could brighten her outlook.

Why such a low rating? The room was clean, the pool nice. But... there are things that made me leave in 2 days. We paid $22/night breakfast included: 1. The breakfast is served from 7 to 10, so if you want to see sunrise at Angkor, you stay without breakfast you paid for. I asked if is possible to get... More

Hey. I have been to Siem Reap several times and stayed at 3 to 5 star accommodation. I really liked Mom's. They are very strict with bookings and rules. Maybe too strict. However, my room was immaculate, breakfast interesting and the pool perfect. 10 out of 10 for iced coffee at $1.00. A few more smiles would add to the... More

Mom's provides a nice clean hotel room with queen beds and private bath for slightly above average costs for the area. They have their own comfortable tuktuk, which is available to pick up guests at the airport. They also employ English speaking guides to accompany guests in the tuktuk, to the temples and museums. The cost was a little high,... More

We booked this guesthouse on short notice via email for which the communication was excellent. We got picked up from the airport for free by the friendly Mr Khun, the resident tuk-tuk driver cum night porter. We also used him to drive us round the outer loop of Angkor. I imagine you could find a driver for cheaper than the... More

After 1 month in Cambodia, we decided to treat ourselves for our last stop, Siem Reap, with a good hotel with a swimming pool and included breakfast. We were highly disappointed !! First thing : the room : We had a twin beds room. When we tried to move the (hard) beds together, we discovered a big pile of dust... More

Stayed here because of the pool and the location. Price paid was $25 per night. Pool is ok. It's more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool so don't count on getting much exercise done. There is a bar and sun loungers round it so it's quite social if you like pools. The location is a little bit far... More

The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable. It was nice to have a bath. The pool is nice in a secluded spot. There is not much room for the sun loungers,I think you have to be up early to secure yourself a bed, there was no where else to sit or lay.Breakfast was basic but in all a pleasant stay.

The pool is definitely a highlight and is very clean and a lovely place to relax. The location is good too - far enough away from party central to get away from things, but only a 10-15 minute walk from everything you need at most. The staff are variable - the man who I assume is the owner could not... More
