This hotel was quite ancient compared to competitors nearby. Preferbly silent environment. Room area wifi unavailable. The wifi established at lobby area was unaccomplished which only accessible Facebook (no Whatapp, no Insta. no email, etc...). Furthermore the lobby was so hot, i even can't surfing last10 mins. This is my very first time to visit Cambodia. My first impression for this city is its very hot weather. I was picked up by the hotel because I'm going to have an ASEAN meeting for the next three days. The hotel has a classic theme and very looks as a Cambodian Hotel. The ornament, the decoration is quite nice.... More

Stayed here on a one night trip back from Battambang to the US. Hotel is conveniently located near airport, yet is still a close enough ride to town. It's on the main drag, so not very scenic or boutique-style, which we prefer. It's more of a large tour-bus or conference type place, with lots of international travelers. Front desk is... More

We are traveling with a large group of tour to visit Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. The hotel presents great environment and pleasant view which are quite remarkable. However, further maintenance of room facilities is needed. For example, the sewage system of bathtub and sink are not quite efficient. Also, the air conditioning are not working probably and makes us... More

I did not stay at theApsara Angkor Resort & Conference, but did attend a 5-day international conference at the hotel. The conference facility and surrounding grounds are excellent. The conference was supported by friendly and very helpful staff. Luch was provided each day in the lobby restaurant and I found the food and variety to be excellent. On the last... More

Very nice, friendly people, the walls are thin but it was never an issue. shot tuk tuk ride to shopping and night life also close to the temples. Be sure to have mosquito replant for the evening, also always keep windows closed. Pool clean and cool.

I stayed here in December of 2014 and I find that the rooms were okay. However, I feel that the hotel itself is dated and would recommend renovation. The room I stayed in was a non-smoking room, but the room had a heavy smell of nicotine. The restaurant was poor because there was a fly floating in my chicken noodle... More

Nice hotel on main drag of Siem Reap. Has nice pool surrounded by tropical vegetation. The decor of the hotel is very attractive. Room was clean and roomy but toiletries and towels were sparse. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but communication was a little difficult but manageable. You can take a Tuk Tuk (motorbike with carriage attached) to the... More

The room was very dated and had lots of Mosquitos in the room. Several of the guests I was travelling with were also bitten during the night whilst sleeping - I had bites on my face, neck, arms and hands and woke in the night with lots of itchy hives despite 50% deet spray. A fellow traveller found a cockroach... More

Not the ritz but certainly not bad. Very friendly staff, nice enough little bar and for the marathon ideal. Food wasn't great, but there are plenty of places to go in siem reap. Rooms and clean enough and showers work. Better than a hostel and great value. If you want luxury this is not the place, if you're happy to... More
