Original enchanting swimming pool winding in the beautiful gardens, typical kmer decoration in the restaurants and rooms, delicious cooking , excellent show at the hotel theater. Very smiling and helpful staff. This place a little away from donwtown (10 minutes by tuk tuk) but is very peaceful and enjoyable before or after the visits of Angkor temples

So nice to stay in a hotel that really lets you feel that you are in Cambodia, due to the great architecture(v.stylish old wooden buildings) lovely well turned out staff all set in beautiful gardens. You have a real feeling of space and nature. The new family suite we stayed in was also beautifully designed and v.spacious.The feeling of privacy... More

The resort is pretty nice, comfortable and calm. Rooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. It is located between downtown Siem Reap and the temples, so you will always have to take a tuktuk to move around (don't worry they are cheap). On the other hand they should improve some aspects: 1. The restaurant: very... More

Ankgor Wat Village Resort is understated quality. From the greeting of the staff when you arrive, to the attention to detail in the rooms , the hotel is a real gem. Ideally placed for the temples and the surprise that is Siem Reap, the piano bar , quality food and unique pool make this resort a real recommendation..

We chose the Angkor Village Resort for our short two night visit to Siem Reap. The hotel was lovely and the staff was helpful and courteous. Our room was comfortable and nicely appointed. The grounds were lovely. The breakfast was really wonderful. And it was just a short (approx 15 minute) inexpensive ($3) tuktuk ride into town.

A last-minute decision to take a side trip to Cambodia. Excellent, comfortable hotel, with great service from professional staff. A tuk tuk ride from the city - which is no bad thing. Good breakfast buffet. Free WiFi in the reception area - in room at an additional cost. Used the new e-visa scheme. The website is extremely fragile but worth... More

Nice hotel in beautiful surrounding. Friendly staff. A perfect place to relax. Breakfastbuffet was very good. The temples and the citycenter were easy to reach by tuktuk. The pool is huge and perfect for a swimm.

The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous and spacious rooms. It''s wonderful if you just want to relax, stay in and jump to the pool. But it's not walkable to anything though tuck tuck is very easy and cheap to take (6$ round trip to downtown). Breakfast is the same every day and it's more on the western side, and the... More

Our short journey into Cambodia started with Angkor Village Resort's pick-up at the airport and a wonderful welcome by attentive staff. The quiet location of the hotel is away from the busy Pub Street antics, but still only a 3USD TukTuk ride away - which makes for a lovely balance allowing us to relax when we wanted during the evening....
