This is am amazing place to stay in Siem Reap. Very decently priced. Large spacious rooms. Neat and clean. Sumptuous food. Very nice pool. Excellent spa. Okay gym. Wonderful, very helpful and efficient front desk. Close to the hub, the Pub Street. Overall, great value for money.

The place is in dire need of a loving hand. It’s worn and needs updating and upgrades. It’s located brilliantly easy to walk to almost anywhere, at least we did even though it was 30%+C. The WiFi was very slow and not always working, which is annoying when you need to keep in contact with people back home. Room good size and bed really good, at least I slept like a baby. Toilet did flush but not well. Warm water was not always present when you showered. Breakfast buffet was just ok, with soup and egg stations, which was enough for us but most likely not for many.

This hotel is very much a mixed bag, it wouldn’t take much to make it really good but it falls short. Airport transfers were very efficient. Rooms- very tired and tatty, our door lock didn’t work properly, the toilet flush was a challenge, our friends didn’t have a fridge and ours was grubby, poorly designed bathroom, only one chair on the balcony but since it looked at a roof we didn’t worry too much about that. However the rooms were a great size, clean and although the bed felt really hard when I sat on it in fact it was incredibly comfortable. Pool- the area is really attractive and it’s a large pool with a good deep end so allows chance for a proper swim. Perfect after a hot day sightseeing. Unfortunately there are only about 16 beds which isn’t many for the size of the hotel, the pool towels were very worn and stained, they needed replacing. One afternoon/evening the pool was closed for a private function, we found that a major inconvenience as it was one of the reasons we picked the hotel and felt some compensation, even a free cocktail, should have been offered as a sorry. Food and Drink- breakfast was great, a good variety and brilliant egg station in a light and bright room with plenty of space. Happy hour was good too and drinks were nice although be prepared for a long wait even if you are the only people there. Lunch and dinner menu was the same and quite boring, food was ok when it arrived but expect to wait at least 45 minutes and for one meal to be missing, this happened everyone we ate and one meal would get served once everyone else had finished eating and only after we had chased it! Staff were pleasant enough but not well led, nobody seemed to be in charge or organising the team. We felt this hotel was overpriced for what it offered as the poor service let it down. We wouldn’t stay again.

A very 'colonial style' hotel. Lots of natural wood (inc. bedroom furniture) & a great balcony overlooking the swimming pool. It could do with a refurb (certainly the carpets in the corridors) but overall very comfortable. Beds were good and excellent breakfast.

It must have taken a forest of teak for this place, even the bedrooms, which were spacious. Everything was there but it seemed rather tired. Rain shower was a torrent. A good breakfast buffet was served in an enormous space which I guess in its heyday was busy. Staff were pleasant as most Cambodians are. I was inadvertently given a $10 note which had been drawn on, unacceptable to the hotel shop & it was changed immediately. Always check that notes are pristine in both Laos & Cambodia. Location is ideal within easy reach of most facilities or a $2 tuk tuk to the old market. Dined at the bar restaurant a couple of times, has a "happy 4 hours", food was very good.

This a lovely hotel with very spacious rooms and a doorway leading to a balcony overlooking the pools. The dining room was huge and the breakfast available was exstensive. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The evening Happy Hour was very welcome after a day sight seeing. It is very central and a short ride in a Tuk Tuk took you to the down town area. Shops and restaurants in the local area were numerous.

Lovely hotel in convenient location. Situated on the main number 6 road but room overlooking the pool was extremely quiet. Large breakfast room with good selection of food for breakfast. Large swimming pool in courtyard which was very pleasant after a day’s sightseeing.

Everything we needed from the hotel. Great location, 10 mins from the airport and 3 mins from the centre of Siem Reap. The room was very practical. Nothing fancy, beds were ok but for the price nothing to fault. Swimming pool the kids loved and good prices for the drinks. If you want luxury then I would look elsewhere but we wanted a base to explore for 3 days. This hotel was perfect at a really really good price.
