This is not a luxury hotel. It is a character hotel with history and location. My room was very antiquated in every way. It was fine, but not five star. There is a lot of charm and history - the old elevator was sweet. The staff was excellent.

What a wonderful hotel. From the approach, with uniformed staff, cold towels in hand, to the orientation, it was an indicator of the elegance and professionalism this property brings to their guests. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas on our visit, and Cyril ran a wine-tasting in the cellar that was entertaining, informative and made our stay quite special....

What a great way to experience Siem Reap in a classic hotel! It was a wonderful respite to sit by the pool and relax after a busy day touring the temples.
Service was excellent and we felt very well taken care of.
