Full of history and colonial style, this is where the romance of Ankor Wat begins. Cocktails served by pretty waitresses kneeling at your wicker chair in the spacious bar overlooking the gardens, the pool and distant forests, two black and white photographs look down on you pleasure. One is of Somerset Maugham, haughty but secretly proud to treated as the... More

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were so helpful. The breakfast was unreal and the food in the main restaurant was excellent. We also had a massage which I would highly recommend! It was the perfect place to relax in between our trip to Ankor Wat and another morning trip to see the floating houses on the lake. Would... More

The hotel is gorgeous and classy in an old colonial way - wide, black and white tiled hallways with high ceilings, great old wood and iron caged elevator with doors. The staff is professional and attentive - in fact, one complaint might be that they are too attentive, almost on your elbow (obviously, not all of them). If you want... More

The staff are warm and friendly! The room is spacious and the lighting a bit darker for work but really great for R&R. Food has a good spread. I would not hesitate to recommend the place! Great hotel!

Hotel was nice, staff were amazing. Pool linens really need to be replaced as do the ones in the room. Saying so room and grounds were very nice. Don't recommend the dinner and a show. Had some issues with bugs on the food.

We prefer more contemporary places but this was fine as a touring base. Location was fine and amenities were satisfactory. Not sure one would choose this if coming again, but as noted it was alright for our needs

Incredible quality of service from arrival upon hotel where we were greeted with drinks and a cold towel. We were allowed to sit and enjoy our drinks while they checked us in. Their concierge was also of incredible help as we booked the 5am sunrise Angkor Wat, and they provided a wakeup call as well as free tea and coffee... More

Raffels is almost always if not the best, at the top of the list of any locale in Asia and Raffels Grand d'Angkor is no exception. That being said, one day or two max is certainly enough around here. The Temple is not to be missed and most likely why you've traveled there anyhow, but go with someone very special... More

The charming 1920's building has a beautiful room looking over the pool and frangipani trees for high tea. We had one Western and one Khmer afternoon tea, accompanied by tea in silver teapots. While it felt a little pricey, it was worth it for the experience.
