Raffles Grand Hotel in Siem Reap is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting staffed by beautiful people. It feels like you've gone back in time where quiet and serenity equals luxury. While the hotel itself is very nice with an old glamour feel to it, what makes this place really special is the staff. Everyone was so kind and... More

Stayed a couple of days at the Raffles. The hotel came with all the luxury one would expect from Raffles with the staff that was truly attentive and warm without being intruding. The pool area was lovely and the rooms were spacious and had good views. As for location it is pretty close to Angkor Wat but it is even... More

This truly is a grand hotel and it felt a bit like stepping back in time to an age of timeless elegance. We were greeted upon our arrival with lovely cool scented clothes and a delicious mango, orange and mint drink served in an intriguing elephant mug. The grounds are beautiful and the highlight for me was the incredible pool.... More

Like no other hotel we have stayed in. Felt transported back to the days of the British Empire. Superb breakfast banquets with buckets of champagne gave us sufficient resolve to clamber over the ruins each morning and the impressive pool provided cool solace each afternoon. Big smiles and great service all round. Brilliant.

I don't normally over indulge when travelling. I'm more invested in my surroundings. But after roughing it, and sweating heaps. It was heaven to sleep in crisp white linen, To be spoilt I guess is the description. Beautiful breakfasts, lovely people. Best sleep in Sein Reip.

A memorable stay at the Raffles Hotel in Siem Reap. Mr. Sambo the Chief Concierge was exceptional. Mr Sambo's expertise was put to very good use when we decided to hire a private guide in conjunction with the raffles hotel private car. We toured four of the temples in the area including Angkor Watt. I truly recommend this as the... More

15 years ago this was the only hotel to stay to visit Angor Wat. While a bit old it is still a wonderful bar and pool and a great memory of past empires. The staff is fantastic as is the location. The restaurants are top notch. It does not have the cool vibe of the Park Hyatt or the Aman... More

We stayed for 5 nights in Cambodia 1 night as a special "treat" in Raffles. We were very disappointed. The previous hotels on our trip all received 5 stars for customer service but Raffles staff seemed to assume it was a privilege to stay there and they did not need to make any effort to be courteous or polite. I... More

Hotel was great, one of the classic colonials yet definitely affordable, great sense of arrival and sense of the location. We had a great experience and particularly liked the friendly staff and the breakfast.
