So there’s this hotel, perfect in every way save one. The setting’s magnificent; rooms spacious; beds are for dreams; breakfast scrumptious; pool, spa, health club state-of-the-art; all at a price that puts a motorway motel back home to shame. No question, where I’ve fetched up for Khmer New Year is the best hotel in Siem Reap. It’s the best in... More

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback on your stay with us. We appreciate your compliments regarding our hotel and its facilities. We understand that there is a thin line between being thoughtful and being over-attentive and we may have crossed the border at times albeit, unintentionally, and ,on behalf of my team, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.... This has the feel of running into Hercule Perot around a corner at any time. The hotel has been beautifully restored to its former glory. Centred in the middle of the town within walking distance of everything, we really enjoyed a 3 night stay in one of the rooms looking out over the royal garden at the front of the... More

From my experience the hospitality was more than excellent. With an old french colonial style, you feel a slight transport back in time with the educate and majestic of the early french era. The staff was most pleasant in informing me of sights or places about the city. The location of the hotel was so close to the shopping area... More

One of the main attractions of the exceptional deal we received from Abercrombie & Kent on a 5-day Angkor Wat experience recently was the opportunity to stay in another Raffles hotel after a wonderful overnight at the original last year. This stately French colonial edifice is not as grand as its Singaporean big sister, but it exudes the same elegance,... More

The light cut few times at night, internet slow and some rooms smell from a new paint. I hope it will be improved after that. I think everything is great including breakfast and hospitality. Thanks, Enjoy!

We stayed for two nights last week--three rooms for our family of five. One of our adjoining rooms had no power. While they attempted on three separate occasions to resolve the problem, it took some muscle on my part to get the staff to understand that we needed to move to a room with electricity. I'm usually not picky, but... More
