Great location; easy access to pass purchases Friendly, helpful staff Great room, good bed Good food. Easy access from airport. Not far from the town. Taxi fares reasonable. Tuk Tuks also available and inexpensive.

We stayed for 3 nights. Super ambience with classic decor. A short walk to the main town area. The room was nice but the air con system was antiquated and although it worked efficiently it was noisy during the night and we could not turn it off. Saying that we would not hesitate to stay there again. If you like... More

I was blown away by this place. The pool was gorgeous and food at the breakfast restaurant was fantastic. The bar is a great place to relax and unwind after your busy day of temple hopping. There's even an art gallery! Can't recommend it enough.

From the minute you walk in the door, you feel special. You are handed a cool towel by a doorman who you believe actually cares that you are comfortable....then you are taken through the hotel to your room and you are immediately impressed by the scent in the air, the lushness of the room and the appointments that are evident... This is definitely a classic property, attempting to take one back to an aristocratic era. I get it, but it does have quirks. I stayed here for 4 nights while on business. The property is well located, a short 20 minutes from the airport and a leisurely 15-20 min walk from the night markets. I was given room 2318 which... More

Similar to the Phnom Penh Raffles, this hotel dates from the late 1920's and has a very luxurious solid feel. Here again, the staff and level of service are extraordinary. From the moment you walk through the door you are well taken care of by very polite and attentive staff. Rooms nice with very high ceilings. As others have said,... More

Loved it - this is a classic - the service is impeccable. The rooms are spacious and well equipped - there are two main restaurants - the signature restaurant offers an excellent tasting menu of Cambodian cuisine. This is a good hotel. The rooms are decent, the staff are very nice and the breakfast buffet is also good. However, in this day and age an international hotel which allows smoking - in fact, seemingly encourages it by selling cigars - in the public areas where people congregate to relax and eat, is simply not acceptable. We spent... More

Our first stay at a Raffles hotel expectations were high and this hotel did not disappoint. What makes this hotel special is the level of service provided and the staff who provide it. We had butler service which gives an even higher level of pampering - to list a few services Unpacking/packing, running bath, booking tours/transport, local knowledge. The swimming... More
