If you love history, then this is the place for you. Impeccable service by the most friendly staff, ambiance that only comes with the grand history of this hotel and spotlessly clean as one would expect of the Raffles name. We travelled during low season and, despite the other guests, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast... more

I just returned from 3 nights at the Raffles Grand Hotel. First of all, I got an AMAZING deal for this place on Orbitz--I paid $35/night for a deluxe room including breakfast. When I found that price, I booked it and then called Orbitz to make sure I was not going to be stuck in a basement or something. They... more

Top notch property with top notch staff who pamper the guests. Facilites, grounds and accompodations are superb as is the food. The ruins are magnificent and just a 10 minute ride down the road. The hotel can arrange for a driver and a car to take you around locally and to themany ruins that are nearby to the ruins an... more

We chose to stay at the Raffles because we had heard such great things about the Raffles brand. When we found out that we could stay there for way under $200/night, we couldn't resist! We arranged to be picked up by the hotel, and were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable driver. Having traveled all night, we were very... more

Long before we had got to cambodia This had been the one hotel that we were desperate to stay at, having heard such enchanting stories from freinds inEuropewhohad stayed here many, many years ago. It more than lived upto expectations with old-world charm everywhere. A great place to let the immagination run wild as countless adventures have done here before- great!... more

We spent 4 days in Siem Reap. We originally wanted to book at the Aman resorts, as we have great experience with them, but unfortunately (actually, FORTUNATELY!), it was fully booked. We picked the Raffles and i can't imagine we could get a better service or anything in the Aman. may I point out one night in Aman was going... more

My husband and I recenly stayed at the Raffles Grand Hotel in Siem Reap and we had a great experience. I was slightly apprehensive as I had read several critical reviews on this site. On our journey out from London via Bangkok my husband's luggage went missing and the hotel were extremely helpful. My husband had no luggage and was... more

A great experience. Not a hotel for those who like the 'uniformed' hotel. Very homely, shabby chic. Staff excellent and food good. Pool was total heaven. Got a free foot treatment whilst sitting by the pool. A truly magical stay. Internet and business facilities very good and quick. more

The hotel restaurants, bar, pool, spa and rooms were all excellent. The staff was extremely friendly, very conversant in English and other languages, and knowledgeable about the hotel and area attractiions. We could not have asked for a better experience. more

This hotel is gorgeous! Excellent customer service and hospitality. Wonderful and inexpensive spa. Beautiful all around. The reason we stayed here was to see one of the few remaining examples of french indo-china architecture in south east asia. We loved it. The concierge is excellent. We booked our own car and tour guide through the concierge for 50 dollars a... more
