We stayed here for 3 nights while touring Angkor Wat. This is a very luxurious property with very comfortable rooms with excellent amenities. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone. Sofitel is our new favorite hotel chain. More

We were there traveling with a group for a conference, so thankfully i didn't see the bill, but we felt like we were being treated like the royalty that built the structures that we were there to see. great breakfast buffet, beautiful pool, and comfortable rooms with great service. The gym was very underwhelming, but other than that we had... More

Good hotel with everything one needs to enjoy all the delights of Siem Reap. The staff are very attentive and responsive. The gardens and pool are beautifully designed and rooms very good. The restaurant was a bit manic at breakfast time (it was a weekend) but for dinner there are hundreds of restaurants in the Old Village and much cheaper.... More

This 5 star hotel delivers in almost all areas. The hotel rooms are spacious with all the amenities. The staff is gracious and courteous, in typical Cambodian fashion. The food in the restaurants is average to above average. The staff a speaks English fairly well, but there is difficulty in communicating with the wait staff. They frequently brought some meals... Our tour stayed at the Sofitel while in Siem Reap. It is at the north edge of town, so closer to Angkor. It is a lovely property with a central lake with lotus pads. The staff is friendly and responsive. Rooms are large is a little dark, from no overhead lights. The rooms on my floor are all outside rooms... More

Spectacular park-like property, beautiful pool and extremely polite and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet and evening entertainment. Great rooms and bedding. We were surprised that the garden and pool area were free of mosquitoes - no bug spray needed, but maybe that is a seasonal issue. One tiny issue: the tile steps to enter the pool were very slippery. Be... More

Sofitel has a big beautiful garden. It provides a peaceful and relaxing environment. Service: very good. after checking-in, a receptionist will lead you to go through the garden and show you into your room. Conceige desk people are very helpful. You can easily book a local tour guide and a turk-turk with them. Room is nicely decorated with wood floor.... More

Stayed for 4 nights in a large room in this beautifully landscaped resort. The pool and poolside cafe was a great afternoon break after a long morning of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was included, very good and expansive. But it did get crowded at peak times and was noisy. There are tables to sit outside, but it was a little... More
