We stayed here for 7 nights, pre booked as part of a month long tour of South East Asia. Location was great, though when returning at night we had to run the gauntlet of 'pimps' (from the club just in from the corner)pushing their "ladies" which I found revolting. English was a little difficult and any question that is not... More

This small (15 rooms), boutique hotel is perfectly positioned for markets, restaurants, spas & for transport to Angkor Wat temples. Staff are very welcoming, friendly & helpful. Rooms are clean & comfortable, & breakfasts, served in the front garden are good. The pool at the back is clean, with nice touches such as pool towels on each sun bed decorated... More

The Apsara Centrepole is a beautiful little oasis in quite a busy part of Sieam Reap. It is located very near to the bustle and activity of Pub Street and the night markets but inside it is calm, cool and beautifully run by smiling staff for whom nothing is too much trouble (including preparing a breakfast box to take to... We felt the welcome at the moment we arrive in the airport. Our driver Bun Sith welcome us by holding my name on the paper. He is the most humble, careful and patient tuk tuk driver that I ever meet, which I really hope that he could keep it up from time to time.. When arriving in the hotel we... More

We stayed here because of it's location in the main area of Siem Reap. Pub street and the night markets are within walking distance. Very clean, modern rooms and the bed was really comfortable. A bit noisy late at night from the bars on Pub street, but that didn't bother us. The staff were excellent and friendly. They organised a... More

From the moment you walk through the doors, you are made to feel special. Staff are so friendly and helpful, they bent over backwards to assist and accomodate us. The breakfast, which is included in the room rate is unbelievably good value, as is happy hour - where you get a choice of free snacks with your drink. We thoroughly... More

The hotel itself looks very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Staff was great and very attentive throughout our stay, breakfast was also ok but nothing special. Location of the hotel is also very good as it is very close to everything in Siem Reap. The only downside was that our room (106) was near the kitchen and the... More

Upon arrival we were greater with cold towels, welcoming drink and. Rice cake....lovely touc! Our room on the top floor was adequate for our needs with an extra bed there for us! When they do the turndown service they light lemongrass oil! The smell of lemongrass when returning in the evening was beautiful. The hotel is situated across from Pub... More
