Firstly, I would like to thank all the staff at Apsara Centrepole Hotel for the superb 5 star hospitality. This is by far the most wonderful, homely and "full-of-little-details" hotel that we have ever stayed. The first day we were picked up by the hotel's tuk tuk driver from the airport and he was easily spotted as he had a... More

On arrival to this boutique hotel we were greeted with a complimentary drink, refresher towel and also the most delicious sticky rice (with jackfruit) cake I've had in Cambodia. I later had this many more times during our 3 day stay. The hotel isn't huge, offering only about 20 decent sized rooms and has a nice sized pool and restaurant.... More

We did not know we have reached the hotel until the tuktuk driver told us.... it was hidden and hard to notice at the first glance... 2 nights stay and it was a good and comfortable one. The first step to the lobby was so homey and serene.... we were welcomed by drinks and cool towels, and a piece of... More

My husband and I loved this hotel. The staff speak English well and are very considerate and helpful. They love to practice speaking English but will leave you alone to eat. Be aware that the hotel is right near pub street and it's a noisy area. The restaurant in the hotel is really good and it's just around the corner... More

First off, on the bus ride into Siem Reap all I could see were massive hotels along the strip. I was pleasantly relieved when we pulled up to this very beautiful looking smaller 2 storey boutique hotel. This isn't some over the top hotel filled with a few hundred people. It is small and cozy, with a great staff. It... More

We really liked this place cause it was in the center of the city - close to Pub Street, but still so quiet and relaxing. Hotel is really clean, staff helpful (spoke English), food from the menu tastes good. The only thing that can be better is the breakfast - limited choice (as usual, only international food are eggs, and... More

The hotel is in a great location just a block away from pub street and the central touristy zone of Siem Reap. There are plenty of inexpensive restaurants on the street of the hotel and within short walking distance away. Our room included a free pick up at the airport. We were met by our driver at the arrivals who... More

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with happy, smiling faces, a cool towel, cool drink, traditional Khmer dessert and our bed even had a welcome message done in slivers of banana leaf. Our room was clean & spacious and situated right next to the pool, perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly when we booked... More

Friendly staff, big rooms, great breakfast, wonderful pool and it's 2 minutes walk away from Pub Street which has all the bars and restaurants that you will ever need. It's kept scrupulously clean and the staff cannot do enough for you.
