Stayed for 3 nights. PROS- Friendly staff. Great environment. Good breakfast. Free wi-fi. We booked our day trips around the city with the hotel tour guide. He was very helpful and patient. Hired tuk tuk on the 3rd day for a nice visit to the market area. Comfortable rooms. Pool was neat. CONS- The toilets definitely need to be checked.... More

We are actually staying at a different budget guest house so I can't comment on the facilities you experience at the Hibiscus as a guest. However we took advantage of the bargain offer to pay $3 to use the pool for the day-a real treat! We had the pool to ourselves almost all day and it's a beautifully peaceful setting,... More

I stayed there for 3 nights with my family of 3 boys and 3 girls. The moment we step out of the airport, we already feel safe when the hotel reps were there greeting us. In 15 minutes, we were already at the hotel. It was totally beyond our expectation seeing the setup of the property. It is very well... More

The bed was ok. Other than that, nothing good here. Breakfast was terrible - cold hot dog pieces and bits of scrambled eggs. Pool was greenish. Mosquitoes in the rooms... Windows don't close well. Not near main town so tuk tuks don't know it either.
