5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We spent 4 nights in the hotel and were happy we had chosen it. Booking, check in and out were smooth, the room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was also very helpful upon specific requests or enquiries. The hotel was close to the centre, easy walking distance, but far enough to avoid the noise from Pub Street.

Loved this hotel, lovely staff & hotel in general. I had a half day spa package and thought it was wonderful & had a lovely lady look after me. The bf was happy too so there you go. Got a free pick up from the airport & it's just 5-10 min walk to the night market where everything is happening.... More

The staff was so nice and helpful. Met the owner wanted to make everything was okay. Internet connectivity was slightly annoying. Worked most of the time. Hotel was more basic than I hoped. Breakfast had a lot of options but I thought it was just okay- but in all fairness, I will say I am a pretty picky eater. Pool... More

Stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, staff and small swimming pool. I had a back room (no river view, but sunrise was quite spectacular) so minus one point for that although peering through my window I discovered a fabulous barbeque restaurant just behind the hotel which I went to on second night - all you can eat... Had a great stay here for 2 nights in March. Travelled as 2 couples. Nothing too much trouble. Organized a pick up from the airport, they were there on time, and also return back to the airport. They were excellent organizing tuk tuks for us, to Pub Street, and also for our trip to the temples at Angkor Wat. Lovely... More

What really makes this hotel outstanding is the absolute dedication of the staff. Most people visiting Siem Reap are doing so because they want to see the temples of Angkor Wat. The front desk staff let you book drivers but don't hassle you about it. They have a good sense of humour and go out of their way to help... More

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in the beginning of March. The service was outstanding; the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we couldn't have asked for more from that standpoint. The breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular and not a large selection of food. The hotel was situated in a good location, close to Pub Street... More

We stayed here for four nights last month. It was US$110 a night which was fine for a four star hotel and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a complimentary airport pickup and for the return transfer the hotel charged US$10 which saved the hassle of finding a taxi. The room was great and... More

Stayed here in February, very helpful staff. I checked out at 12, but my flight didn't leave until 5PM. They offered to let me take a shower later that afternoon before my flight-outstanding. At check out they also gave a small parting gift- very nice touch, and very representative of their level of service. Centrally located by the river, temple... More

Nice hotel, clean rooms, basic breakfast. No welcome drink or fruit basket , bit disappointing. Nice outdoor swimming pool. staff lovely. If you are looking for a mini market go left out of the hotel door, left at the first lane and half way down there is a small mini market but further down at the next cross street you... More
