La niche is a fairly good hotel, albeit imperfect. The price is inexpensive, except for the food, a bit overpriced by Cambodia standards. The pool is amazing and it it's for the best since Cambodia is always very hot. The rooms are good but unremarkable. The only real problem was the cleaning service: they forgot to change my towels. The hotel is quite out of the busy "Pub Street", which is a plus to me, but you can easily get to the centre by 10 min walking. I loved resting in the pool after the long days exploring the temples, enjoying a good cocktail (for a very very low price!). The room was nice and quiet, the bathroom huge.... More

+ attentive staff + value for money + great location - quiet neighbourhood. 5 to 10 minutes walk to Pub Street and Old Market + tour services available + excellent service - expensive spa services (cheaper massages can be found near Pub Street)

Loved this hotel.. the pool area and the pool itself is really nice and refreshing after a hot day out. The service was mainly great here, however there were times where the staff kept you waiting forever for a towel by the pool or there was little to no service by the pool. And my biggest gripe with this hotel... More

If you are looking for location away from the hustle of the market and Pub Street but still within walking distance, then look no further. The La Niche is a peaceful haven waiting for you. The grounds are delightfully landscaped around the pool which is heaven after a day of walking. You will be greeted with a chilled drink by... More

We had the most fabulous three nights in La Niche. Food, pool, hotel grounds, staff could not be faulted in any way. The hotel tuk-tuk man (Mr Nak) picked us up at the airport and took us around for the rest of our stay - only wish it had been longer. We saw all the temples and sites but next... More

The location of this hotel ended up being perfect for us. We were only a short walk to the old markets and Pub Street yet the area was very quiet so easy to sleep well. Pool is lovely and breakfast had a load of options. Good hotel if you have kids. Another plus was that about 10 metres up the... More

Almost a perfect place to stay in siem reap. Highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The tuk tuk drivers here speak pretty decent English, which is a big plus when out on tours. We had been here for our anniversary and they had decked up the room with roses and candles for the same. The... More

We got a triple room for 65$/night (breakfast included). Even if it is not cheap for a country like Cambodia, I totally felt it was a great deal: - The staff was always ready to help. One of us got sick and they let him sleep in a room even after check-out; they arranged a couple of tuk-tuks for a... More

As a family of we stayed at this boutique hotel for 5 nights and loved every moment of it. Rooms clean, tidy and roomy and the breakfast was always to high standard. Staff were truly friendly and obliging and nothing was too much trouble. Dinner was of high standard on the one night we ate there. Location is only 2... More
