the hotel itself if fine, good money for what you are getting. we had a double room, very spacious, and cleaned to an appropriate standard for $12 dollars a night. however on the third night here i came back to find that i had been robbed. this isnt something new according to other reviewers, and found myself frustrated that i... cant believe that it's $10 fan room, it should be $2. It makes me think worse more about Cambodia. Please stay away from this name. Don't trust taxi driver too much. There're many good hotels located near old market

As it was Chinese New Year everything was booked out. We went to this place as a bit of a last resort. Firstly, its a nice enough looking property but its just not well maintained. Run by lazy men we were flat out getting a towel. Our fridge didnt work, when I looked behind the bed there was dirt -... More

I do not usually write reviews but feel somewhat compelled by this place. We have spent 1 night here and feel somewhat trapped by having paid another 3 nights. We are hurriedly looking for a way out. It is very dirty, and the staff could not care less about our presence. We were woken up this morning by staff members... More

We checked into this hostel thinking that paying US$40 for 2 nights we would at least receive average service and a clean room. However upon checking in, we were greeted by a man playing computer games who did not even look at us or tell us details of this beautiful town. The room was an absolute joke! No soap, towels,... Spent two nights in this hostel with my two daughters and my wife. Unfortunately the booking was pre-arranged by our tourist guide who commented that due to the peak season there was no other choice. Price was reasonable at $25/night/room for a double and a twin. However the cleanliness of this place was scary. The bathroom was dirty everything leaked,... More

Do not support this hotel - it is definitely not worth it to stay here. If you walk up a bit, you find much better hotels for almost the same price! The reception guy did not help me with the heavy luggage, instead he preferred to look at his nails. It was not possible to pay by card though it... More

We were taken to this place against our will, and when we said that we didn't want to stay we were abused and threatened. A group of them (including a manager) tried to be physically intimidating. As we walked away they were still shouting insults and threats.

I had no problem with the services of the hostel, everything seemed to be ok, until the last night when we had to pack because we were planning to leave the next day. Than we have realized that we got stolen. Several hundred euros were stolen in cash. And from all the currencies we had also with. What was strange... More
