Room was disgusting and dirty. Bathroom the worst I have seen along south east Asia. TV wasn't work because it hasn't antenna cable. Dirty towels, dirty sheets. We had problems with the money at the reception...basically the cheated and stole a few bucks. Highly recommended to avoid this place.

Booked on Agoda for USD8 for one night in a fan room with the free pickup as being crucial. No pickup at the airport. Paid the airport taxi USD7 to the hotel (tuk-tuk is USD5). Hostel lobby was dark, with only one faint light source. Man without a shirt, and drinking with his buddies checked us in. Just anticipating to... More

We were taken to this hostel by the tuk tuk driver who picked us up from the bus station. We asked him to take us to Mad Monkey but he obviously told the staff to tell us they had no rooms so he could bring us here to get his commission. It was 9pm and our first time in Siem... More

We stumbled upon this place after being dropped by our bus down the block. We paid $10 total for a 3 person fan room, and found the room to be comfortable, clean, and in a great location. We spent 4 nights at the hostel, using 3 of our days to explore Angkor Wat by bicycle. However, upon leaving we asked... More

We were taken there by the tuk tuk driver as we had nothing booked. Room looked fine at first but I should have taken notice to the 5 air fresheners hanging above my bed as a clue of what to come. WThey asked for money up front, no big, but within 1 hour of laying in the room my throat... More

When I say everything was broken-I mean everything!! The light, the sink, shower, toilet flush. It was one thing to the other. I even considered leaving at 11 at night when the room filled with mozzies and the fan abruptly turned off. It's cheap and perfect location but I would pay triple to stay anywhere but here.

Arrived via tuk-tuk from the airport as we hadn't booked anywhere yet; tuk tuk driver brought us to the hostel when we asked to be dropped off in the town centre (obviously these guys are on commission)! Was asked to pay up front $10/night for a fan private room, reception were trying to push us to book 3 nights with... More

I am a seasoned backpacker who is not picky. I simply expect to get what I pay for. After a cursory glance at the room I paid for two nights. I thought I was getting a decent, affordable private room with AC. The AC didn't work. I waited about an hour to see if it would get cool. While waiting... More

Nice spacious air conditioned room with TV and attached bathroom for just 15$. Very friendly and courteous hotel staff. Highly recommended. I liked this place very much. Plus free internet. They arranged for a friendly tuk tuk driver to take me to Angkor Wat for just 20$ a day. Also ticket booking facility by luxury bus to Poi Pet (border... More
