I travelled with my friends to Siem Reap last April. Originally we booked another guesthouse but they ran out of rooms so we decided to book here as recommended by the other guesthouse. The service is quite okay. The staff is lovely and friendly. We arriived at very late night by bus but they have been waiting for us like...2... More

Herewith a copy of an email sent to the above establishment. Though I must add the by the time we checked out this morning things were slightly betterand we were offered a reduced rate after 4 room changes. But definately not as promised on their website nor Tripadvisor. So, fellow travelers beware. Stand your ground. Good evening, I am writing... More

We stayed here for 5 nights and can't fault this place. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and we loved getting a cold towel on arriving back at the hotel from a day walking round the temples. Within easy walking distance to pub street and has plenty of good restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

10 minutes to the Pub Street but at night the way are a little dark. Free welcome drink and snack but when it come to breakfast there are not too much option to choose. They provide transport and tour services with reasonable price. Good place to stay!

When we arrived in Siem Reap, it was just before Songkran (Buddhist New Year), no more room in the whole town... After many tries, we arrive in Jasmine Garden Villa : good news, one room left ! And it was a very good surprise ! Very nice staff, big room with correct price (including breakfast, bicycle rental, water, welcome drink... More

Jasmine Garden Villa was a peaceful retreat right outside of the main town in Siem Reap. I liked being away from the bustle of the town and it was only a 5-10 min walk, or $1 tuktuk ride. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially when I found that I would be a day late arriving, they easily pushed... More

Jasmine Garden Villa is an absolute steal. The hotel was in a great location- a short walk to the night market where my boyfriend and I had the best Khmer bbq during 4 months in Cambodia. The staff was nothing short of phenomenal, greeting us with a cool towel and genuine smile every time we came back, bending over backwards... More

As with other reviews, we agree that the staff/service here are amazing and really make this place worthwhile. They are always so friendly and helpful. You get a welcome drink and refresher towel when you arrive and you also get a refresher towel throughout your stay when coming back after a hot day out - such a nice touch. The... More

Quick background on me. I've been traveling Lao, Thailand and Cambodia for 15 months. This is my first review of a guesthouse and here is why. The breakfast; 2 cups of coffee, 2 or 3 bananas, toast with butter and jam, glass of orange juice and a great omelet. All for $1.50. The rooms are far above average for a... More

This hotel is actually in a very nice setting with a lot of plants in the garden. They have a beautiful roofed sitting area outside. They could make such a cute restaurant or at least bar/café out of this but they don't which is a shame. Anyways this area is where you eat breakfast during which they switch on the... More
