This was our first hotel on an Indo China tour and initially we were disappointed but as we experienced more hotels we realised it was about average with friendly helpful staff. The room was on the small side, clean and adequate but the bathroom was very small with a shower curtain that had seen better days. The door could not... More

The hotel itself is a great building full of expertly done wood carving. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and comfy and a good night's sleep is more or less guaranteed. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a god stay here and you can't argue with the value. However, a few small things let the hotel down and we stayed in other places in the region for the same price where everything was perfect, so I'm feeling picky. The AC in our first room was broken but it took us three attempts to get it... More

This is a nice and affordable place to stay. The staff are always smiling and happy to help you with anything with utmost courtesy; they also all speak very good English. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and they have a lot of different options for you if you want to pay a bit more. Should note they have a somewhat... More

Definitely loved my stay at this reasonably priced hotel. Only great memories of my stay here. Service was excellent. The staff was just adorable and friendly. Loved the over-all 'wooden' feel of the hotel. During our stay, coffee and tea was unlimited. You can get these from the lobby. The bathroom was clean and had all your needs. The staff... More

My friend and I arrived from Phnom Penh on a bus and was met by a tuk-tuk driver from the hotel. This is smart as it ensures you don't change your mind when another tuk-tuk driver talks you into going to a different hotel and it gives the hotel driver a chance to set up rides to Angkor Wat or... Good hotel very clean ,staff cannot do enough for you, you have to leave your shoes outside or carry to your room .Great location, 5 mins walk to pub street and the markets, not 5 star but if looking for 5 start stay at Raffles. Try to get a room at the rear its quieter on a night than one... More

I have stayed there in Oct 2014 and have a bit of mixed feelings about the hotel, All in all it’s really not bad, for what you pay for and the location it’s absolutely your money’s worth The first strange occurrence is that you are not allowed to wear shoes at all in the hotel, you have to leave your... We were supposed to arrive Sept 30th - but due to flight cancellations (Vietnam Airlines are now on my Black List) we arrived a whole day later. We made the hotel aware - and when we finally did get there you'd have thought we had finally made it home - the fuss they made - the welcome drinks and cold... More
