The hotel is brilliant, I've never stayed in a hotel were you couldn't wear shoes inside, not doing so gave it a nice homie feeling to the hotel. The wifi was very good, breakfast was lovely (had no.3 everyday) but had to pay for juice, only bad thing to say.

We stayed only one night, but wish we could stay more, we took other hotel which was worse and charged us much more then Wooden Angkor, which we booked for our last night.... friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, very nice roof top terrace. Would recommend and stay here aagin.

This hotel is a good base for a stay in this city. It has a old custom to take your shoes off before entering which is fine by me but I can imagine some people wont like this but it's an old Cambodian custom. The rooms are a good size, quiet and with excellent personal air conditioning, this is really... More

On arrival after a very long journey, we drove down the street with wondering what we were going to get. The first thing that greeted us was the request to remove our shoes at the door......and thus we started our small love affair with the hotel. Staff were always helpful, charming, smiling, willing to help in anyway they could. The rooms... More

The hotel is interesting in the carved wood finish inside. The room was a good size but the bed was a bit hard. This is the only hotel in Siem Reap that still asks you to remove your shoes on entry (an old custom). I would prefer not to have to remove my shoes as I personally don't like walking... More

I had two nights at this hotel and was quite comfortable. It is not modern hotel and I did need the airconditioner on day and night. I needed the fridge which meant I had to unplug the tv but i was happy to do without that. There was a kettle provided which was good. I was not at all worried... More

This is a good budget value for money hotel. Room was clean and perfectly adequate for our 3 night stay. A bit more attention to detail to the bathroom would be good. The shower curtain didn't fit adequately so the water ran round the bath and flooded the floor. We also never had had a change of towels in our... More

Stayed there 3 nights as part of a tour of Cambodia and Vietnam. First impressions not good - work going on at the entrance, then you had to leave your shoes at the door and walk on floors which were dirty. Room ok, nothing special but comfortable. However we were told that for our last night we had to move... More

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. Although not the most luxurious, this was one of our favourite hotels overall. The entrance and reception is really beautiful, you immediately step back from the hustle and bustle into the serene water garden. The rooms were simple but comfortable. The roof top restaurant was lovely and... More

The only thing that was not disappointing about the hotel were the staff. I was expecting, after looking at the website, a garden full of water and flowers. There was nothing. I know it was being re-done, nevertheless the whole area was a goood deal smaller than it looked in the pictures. The rooms were adequate, but everything was tired... More
