Rooms from US1. Good chilled bar at the hostel as well. Simple, basic, shared bathroom deal but good enough location, clean enough, and really I can't stress the overwhelming inexpensiveness of the place enough. For US1?? GREAT value. Even their private doubles are only US5 or so!! Wheee!!!! SE Asia rules.

I spent 4 nights in the hostel with 3 friends of mine. Our room was quite big and in a very good condition. The location is pretty central, close to the old part of Siem Reap. The staff members are really friendly and helpful. We had to check in at 3am in the morning and we had no problem doing... More

we stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it The funny thing was that because of a storm they we're out of power and for a few hours even out of water :D But the staff did everything possible to make it as comfortable as they could and that was really entertaining (candels on the floor) :D And they... I stayed here for about a month while volunteering at an orphanage in Siem Reap. The staff is really friendly and will help you with anything. The rooms are clean and spacious and include aircon and a fridge. I also stayed a while in the rooftop dorm, as I payed practically nothing for it. The bathroom is small, but what... More

We were expecting a friend from the UK who was on a very tight budget and needed just a place to sleep for a few nights. With the mission to find somewhere "as cheap as possible, I'm not kidding" and insisting a dorm bed would be more than adequate, we took off in search of digs that would keep her... More

Only stayed here as the place I had originally planned on staying at didn't end up picking me up from the airport but that is another story. The place is tidy and clean. I had a private bathroom. I only stayed the one night in town unfortunately but I had no issues with the place. It is within walking distance... More

Unfortunately, this was not the first place we stayed in Siem Reap. We stayed at another place and discovered this place for the delicious, cheap restaurant in the bottom. We switched to The Backpacker Hostel as soon as we discovered it. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest i've seen, but very far from the worst. It was one of the cheapest... More

Just to many things went wrong: - the towel was smelly - the whole bathroom too - Inside my pillow there were a lot of dead bugs and insects - the staff totally ignored us, after we decide not to go with the hotel tuktuk to Angkor Wat. Never again.

The rooms (and hallways) are not well cleaned, and our bathroom was particularly bad (mystery slime growing in the soap dish, splashes of... something... on the walls, etc). Cleanliness aside, the rooms are spacious and full of windows. Unfortunately, those windows seem to have tempted thieves to scale the walls and enter the rooms at one point, because there was...
