We were picked up at the airport with no issues; had nice cold towels and tea once we arrived in this cute boutique hotel surrounded by trees. They set up our tuk tuk for ankgor wat without an issue, and our other tours. They had an awesome system, gave us a cell phone to use so we could call and... More

The hotel was ok. The staff tried, but had difficulty communicating. The room was comfortable, clean, and sspacious. The shining star was Reangsey who worked at the front desk and drove a tuk-tuk for the hotel. His English is perfect and he really did a great job touring us around Angkor. He is humble and well versed in the history... More

This place will not disappoint! It was better than the photos make it look. Large rooms, great AC ( needed in Siem Reap!!) and a tropical oasis pool surrounded by plants and trees. The restaurant and included breakfast is delicious and the staff...they are the kindest people we met on the trip. Truly wonderful. They bend over backwards to ensure... More

My partner and I recently stayed here for nearly a week and enjoyed the stay. Like all other reviews - the hotel feels like a mini oasis after the craziness of the tourist strip in Siem Reap. The staff were all lovely and were always very helpful. It is a bit of a way from the central tourist area with... More

The positive reviews are all accurate. This is truly a little oasis. The staff is amazing and their tuk tuk service was a pleasant surprise. The food/drink in the restaurant are also great! I recommend the Moon Boutique to anyone traveling to Siem Reap. A note of warning: upon your first journey to the location you might find it a... More

We stayed at the Moon boutique hotel 3 nights and had a very good time here. The room was clean and the bathroom very big (rainshower + bath!). Rooms are cleaned daily. The swimmingpool is lovely and there is a lush peaceful garden with sunbeds. The friendly staff is always ready at your service. Free tuktuks are at your disposal... More

The best part about this hotel is the free tuk tuk service and phone. Because it is a little out of the town center, they provide this free of charge to all guests. Also the staff is so friendly. We love them all! Our favorite was Samoeuy. He is just so endearing. Love the pool. It is truly an oasis... More

We had a thoroughly relaxing time in Siem Reap while managing to fill our days with temples, a cooking class, exploring the city, a visit to the floating forest and much more thanks to the staff at the Moon Boutique Hotel. There isn't a single thing that hasn't been thought of and provided for and the staff are incredibly friendly... More

This hotel deserves everyone of the good reviews it has achieved. Staff work very hard to ensure guest are comfortable, and have an enjoyable stay. Our family appreciated the large size of the rooms, which are clean and well appointed. The Moon Boutique is a little way out of town, however the tuk tuk service works very well, so that... More

I stayed at another hotel of the Bunwin group ( Bunwin Residence, which is awesome btw) but had a very nice and relaxing moment at the spa. The staff was kind and professional. The massages (I took the 2 hours offer) were very nice and relaxing. I definitely recommend it.
