Stayed for 4 nights in Siem Reap, the hotel is definitely good value for money. The rooms are large and they could decorate a little more for a boutique style hotel. The bathroom is lovely with a large tub to relax in after a long day of walking around the temples. The gardens and pool are lovely with a nice... More

Great customer service, clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast! Hotel is a little bit out of the city centre but hotel provides free tuktuk service and gives you a mobile phone to call them for pick up - this was AMAZING. We were picked up in the middle of a storm and our driver was completely soaked, yet managed to... More

We stayed 2 nights and loved it! The staff is wonderful. I love that they take you to town and pick you up when your ready. They even supply you with a cell phone to call them. They are out of the way a bit but I loved that. It was nice to get away from the busy town to... More

The Moon Boutique was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip (we stayed for 3 nights) - the main reason was the staff - they were fab! The staff at the hotel are so friendly and welcoming and always on hand to help with any request you might have. The hotel is a little bit out of the... More

This place was so amazing. Very affordable for everything that you get, including the free roundtrip airport transfer, and breakfast. Since hotel is a little ways from the main part of the city (old market, pub street) they offer one free roundtrip ride on the tuktuk per person per day. The rooms were large and very clean, I didn't see... More

Loved this place! We moved from a different hotel that we didn't like, and walking into the Moon was like paradise. The beautiful pool with all of the plants made you forget how hot and dirty it is outside! We ended up staying an extra day just to relax before the next leg of our journey. It is further from... The staff are amazing, so sweet! Free airport transfer. The hotel will drop you off downtown via tuk tuk and they give you a mobile phone so you can call and they will come pick you up. They truly go above and beyond. Rooms are spacious, have high ceilings and are spotless. Beautiful bathrooms. Pool area is lovely. We really... More

We stayed at the property for a week during May, the hottest time of the year. We liked so many things at Moon Boutique : -the air conditioners in the room were strong and quiet. -the staff was professional and always extremely helpful -the cooking lesson at the sister property was well worth it. We did this as a family... More

After many countries, we have found our favorite hotel experience. From the driver who picked us up at the airport and drove us on our Angkor Wat tour, Mr. Phnok, to the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, every moment was a genuine pleasure. We fell in love with Cambodia and the people as a result of our stay in this hotel.

Right from the airport, I saw our name on a sign for pick up. We were not expecting this. Mr. Sina, picked us up and was our driver for the next days trip to Angor Wat. His english was excellent and was very helpful during our tour. The manager on duty when we arrived there on May 2, around 8pm,... More
