i saw bedbugs everywhere and the walls were just covered in dirty stains and the smell in the room was awfull. Also the sheets had many blood stains. If you would ask me, the room hasnt been cleaned properly in a long time. Plenty of guesthouses in the same street for cheaper and much better

It takes 25 minutes to get to night market. I dont think its a strategic place to stay since it's far from any local attractions. The room and toilet is clean. Helpful and friendly staffs. Its an old guesthouse running by a family. During my stay, the power was out for 3times. But it's for what you pay for.

Garden house was an average guesthouse in this area of Siem Reap. Was fairly clean tough a little bit old and some parts could been better cared. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its a little bit away from the market and pub street, this is something your rest will thank for. We only stayed one night there. For the... More

Our room was on the ground floor not far from the reception. Positives - friendly staff, quiet location, hot shower, cold ac, cheap Negatives - noisey staff shouting back and forth in the corridor at night and early morning, grubby walls, leaky bum gun and sink ment the bathroom floor was constantly wet, no free daily water as stated on... Lovely family runs the place and tries to hold it together,it's an old and tired guest house, but during high season it may be the best value in town at $7 single with minibar and hot water (bathtub!) WiFi works as well as can be expected but during the end of Feb. 2015 they decided not to pay the new very... More

Garden Village was our first impression of Cambodia and it was a great first impression, especially because of our lovely host Pohin who welcomed us and took care of us during our stay, always with a warm smile and always ready with tips and kindness. Definitely recommendable!

Nice place to stay, just a bit old and run down; they provide free airport pick up which is helpful! Very good value for money, and you can upgrade to an a/c room without having to physically switch rooms (i found this necessary after my first night - a fan was not enough). The staff are nice, speak English well,... More

Rooms are little bit old but clean (and cleaned every day). All staff members (family?) are very nice and not pushy at all (compared to other guesthouses). Aircon is quiet. Good value for money ($13 for double). Very friendly atmosphere (in opposite to more expensive guesthouse across the street). We stayed for a week so at the end they didn't... More

Staff were very happy all the time and helped me with everything I had questions on. Tuk tuk drivers they employed were cool. Awesome value for money. Really good milkshakes. Good wifi, good rooms. Only issue I would have would be the bathroom. It had a bit of mildew and it wasn't as clean as it could have been. But,... More
