We, me, my husband and three children, stayed three nights here in February 2014. We had two rooms on the ground floor. The rooms were ok, but you couldn't open a window and the air-con i one of the rooms made so much noise you could't sleep with it on. There were no cleaning of the rooms, but everyday they... More

I spent five nights at this hotel. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and well decorated. The wi-fi signal was strong. I had no trouble sleeping at night and was not bothered by any noise. I was given clean towels and fresh bottled water every day, although they did not change the sheets everyday,... More

I have travelled extensively throughout all of Europe, Asia, North and South America. Never have I encountered such poor service and a lack of help from hotel staff. I placed our booking 8 days prior to arrival, and after a 6 hour bus trip from Phnom Penh, arrived at the hotel, only to have had our booking released. This was... More

We were lucky that we had only booked one night. The room was a dump hole without windows and even the matress seemed to be wet. The breackfast was in the lobby very improvised and the reception was not friendly. Besides the place is noisy. So better look for something else.

Nice and clean rooms - if you want to party whole night and sleep during the day - this is the place for you. For all other travellers - you won't have much sleep because there is a disco next door and they won't stop before 5am ...

the location is good, actually all the hotels in Siem Reap are having a good location, since you will be in the middle of Siem Reap or at the boarders... there is 2 good locations in Siem Reap, either the pub street, or the night market. there is 4 KM between those two important places. in case you are planning... This place is truly excellent. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are spacious and clean and it still manages to achieve value for money. The central location is perfect during the day but means that the noise from X-bar next door (music often till sunrise) may keep you awake at night, unless you're up there contributing to the party. Most... More

Room was nice enough, a few things not clean (toothpaste splatter on the mirror for example), but come night time the nightclub next door starts up and never seems to stop playing terrible "classics" very loudly. Also, kept getting phantom bites all night long. I'm not certain but I suspect the room had bedbugs. Changed to another place the next... More

I had a very difficult time with a hostel I previously booked so after my Angkor Wat tour I hoofed it over to this area and popped inside various hostels to inquire about vacancies. I went to Heart of Angkor and the lady there told me she had a private room with double bed available for $12. I asked to... More

The biggest positive of this hotel is it's location. It is located very close to the Night Market and the Pub Street. As there are many spas and restaurants are just outside on the street, that really helps after a retreat from a tiring walk from he temples. The hotel does not fit on a luxury side and can be...
