I stayed here even though the reviews weren't great and it turned out to be a nice little hotel. We had no problem with bed bugs at all and the rooms were big clean and cheap. The Internet was fast but would disconnect a bit. Staff was pretty friendly. One downside is the food is hit and miss. Don't order beans... More

I didn't think we were the only ones being led here by a tuk tuk driver! At first glance, and for 12 bucks a night (with a balcony) it seems like a pretty good deal. High ceilings and a balcony were nice, and the pool welcome when you opt for the fan instead of air con (5$ extra). we stayed... More

Arrived pretty early into SR and like most of the others, asked a TukTuk driver who recommended this hotel. He drove us around several other hotels before arriving here and only charged $1. Agreed a rate of $11 a night for 3 nights which over Khmer New Year was very good. Room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony.... More

This fine little hotel is one of our favourites of our journey in Asia so far. Big room, comfy big double bed, television with english channels, balcony with a pretty nice view (get a room facing west, the sunset is really nice), big private bathroom with hot shower, Wifi in the room, and that for only 10USD a night, which... After being dropped off at the agency we took the minivan from Laos with, we were recommended this hotel as we were looking for an aircon room and a swimming pool for a budget price. We got a big room for three of us for 20 dollars. Good deal! It was a pleasant stay despite the pool having quite warm... More

We arrived from Laos with AVT in the evening, at the office they suggested we check Temple Villa out, it had a pool and was in our price range, we were thinking they're related somehow but looked anyways. The room was quite large w/ a really high ceiling, 3 soft single beds & a large bathroom w/hot water. The pool... More

I stayed here for 6 nights after it was recommended by a friend. The rooms are nice & large with decent balcony & tv (not all rooms had a balcony). We had a fan & an AC room but the AC was rubbish, we mentioned it at reception & were told it was working perfectly so i think it was... More

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. I checked in here as I had been feeling unwell elsewhere. The staff are friendly, helpful and understanding. The room is perfect, nice large room, tv , fan and most importantly as a single female I felt safe. It's a nice walk into the main town and close to everything... More

We were shocked when we show the percentage at tripadvisor! We had a good time. The room was clean. The room has two big beds (a twinroom) and a nice bathroom. The towels and toileterries were included. The room we stayed in was orginally bigger but the room was split by a wall and a door. This door was locked... More

Nice pool, quiet 10 mins from town walking along dirty dusty crowded roads, but that's Cambodia. Footpaths seem to be for parking on. Plenty of tuk tuks Reception unhelpful Rooms big but poor attention to detail Needs updating There is better value elsewhere
