It was under new management when I stayed there. I booked a room with breakfast but the new owner said it was not included. I was a little disappointed but after some negotiations he agreed to give me toasts with jam. It was better than none at all. The room was ok, just basic. The place was under renovation so... More

The airconditioning was not working in my room at first, but they transferred me to a bigger room, which had 2 big beds. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, but the water from the tap and the shower smelled and tasted a bit like metal. The location is good, just a 10-minute walk from Pub Street. The door locks... This hotel is run by khmer family, very friendly and helpful. Right after I arrived here around 3 pm, I asked them if they can help me get ticket for Angkor Wat and find me a tuk-tuk driver, and turned out they have their own tuk-tuk driver that can help me sort those things out, and I was very satisfied,... We had a great stay in this hotel. We arrived in Siem Reap after being on a bus from Chaing Mai for 25 hours, and so to our great pleasure we each had a memory foam matress! The place was clean and very comfortable with good wfi access, and all for such a cheap price! It is close to the... More

We stayed for a week and enjoyed our time at this guesthouse. The family were always helpful and accommodating. The large breakfast of eggs, toast, marmalade, coffee and fruit is included in the price. Any questions we asked were fully answered. It is in a quiet location away from the Pub st hustle. I would recommend highly.

And breakfast included! Hotel booked my bus to Phnom Penh for me. Nothing special about the rooms, but I was pleasantly surprised to find hot water. Bed was really comfy too. Location was pretty good - not far from airport and Angkor Wat.

We stayed in room #315 for 7 nights. From start to finish this place was excellent and incredibly affordable. They sent complimentary tuk-tuk transport to meet us at the airport followed by a quick, easy, and friendly check-in. Our room was no-frills, but decently clean with a comfortable bed, and the shower had consistently hot water (something we've learned not... More

I stayed here for three days during my visit to Siem Reap. This is a no-frills guesthouse with very helpful staff, always happy to chat and recommend things to do. It's about 7 mins walk to pub street and the night market, just enough distance that it is away from the noisy area yet comfortable to walk to.They also arranged... More

Quite location just a short walk from markets, restruants, pub street, etc. Room was clean and was a good size. Wifi was down whilst I was there but they had two computers in reception. Staff were friendly.

Where do I start... We contacted hotel before our arrival asking to be collected from bus terminal which we were. Straight away the Tuk Tuk driver was pushing trip to Angkor wat on us. The room was big but the floor wasn't clean, the sheets had stains and the bathroom was dirty. We knew it was a budget location but... More
