We came for our honeymoon and loved the hotel. We booked a pool villa and the room was incredible. Walk-in shower, huge tub, and double sinks. The rooms were very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the garden/pool area. The shuttle downtown was very convenient and we took advantage of it most nights, at least one way. It's not... This hotel in fact has another name! They call it Angkor Palace Resort & Spa now so which is very confusing. I had my reservation via Agoda and it showed the name "Palace Residence & Villa". I sent my arrival information to their offical website (as i needed a pickup) but I had no response at all although I tried... More

We booked a two bedroom Villa through Agoda and neither the property Nor Agoda informed us that the area is a full on Construction site! The noise started at 7 am and continued all the way through the day. I purchased a noise measuring app just to see the noise levels and the average noise level was over 80Db with... More

The hotel is nice & clean. It is a very big hotel so you tend to feel lost in the masses. No real bar to speak of and overpriced wine and water. Loud crowded pool area with lots of kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The best thing about this hotel was our Tuk Tuk driver Mr Vang #... More

Stayed 4 nights, but wished I can stay longer. This hotel offers luxury at reasonable prices. The rooms are modern, well maintained and spacious. The pool is fantastic and the water temperature is just perfect. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is included, and the buffet choices satisfy all. I booked Angkor Wat tours via the hotel & these... More

Stayed three nights and could not get over the staff pleasantness. Great breakfast although crowded at 7:00 hour right before tours start. Treatment at the spa with traditional Khmer massage was excellent after two days of temple climbing. :). Airport transfers perfect, room was nice, lobby excellent and grounds are beautiful. From what we saw in other hotels around SM... More

The hotel staff are amazing and welcoming. After flying for a very long time it was great to be greeted so warmly. The pool (and pool bar) are great for both couples and families (with a nice separate kids area for the younger ones). The morning breakfast is delicious. The restaurants have great options, which as a vegetarian can be... More

We decided to make the most of our trip to Cambodia and chose to stay for a week at the Palace Residence and Villas, time to enable us to see as much as possible of the local attractions. I'm glad we chose this hotel as we were very happy with the quality of the accommodation, the happy and helpful staff... More

One of the best places I've ever stayed. We had a two room suite at a very reasonable price. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the food in the restaurant was tasty. Also, the grounds were very well maintained. Everyone on the staff was service oriented and very friendly; the meet and greet (sounding of the drum at the hotel's entrance)... More

It was a good hotel, but the regular deluxe rooms seem to be shared with 'Angkor Palace Resort & Spa' at different price, which should be price discrimination. I booked a pool view room and actually could see a little tip of a pool. There is no reason to pay more for pool view. Breakfast was included with many foods... More
