This hotel is clean and set in a quiet location off the main road. Staff were very welcoming and we were offered free breakfast while waiting for a room on the day of arrival. The pool is really nice with pool bar and the Spa is excellent. Overall a great stay and i will be returning to this hotel on... More

Rooms were clean and very well maintained. Cambodian style design helped create the right ambience. Wifi works smoothly and ditto for the AC and bathrooms. Housekeeping is quick and prompt. The pool is the place to be after a long and sweaty day of seeing the attractions. Chilled beer with the chilly peanuts in the pool are the cure to... More

We stayed at this beautiful resort for 5 days and found it a real gem. Breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning! A wide selection of intercontinental and local fare which was scrumptious! The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and gracious. Transportation was easily accessible as Tuk Tuk drivers were always on stand by. Free Airport shuttle was... More

From the time i got picked up at the airport to the time I was returned there, the experience at the hotel was a superlative pleasure. The welcome is over the top: a welcome cocktail, a gift as they sit you down cosseted in a deep sofa so you can can be checked-in to the strain of live music. The... More

Stayed here for two nights to visit Angkor Wat. Hotel has a free and quick airport shuttle, wifi in the hotel is good, hotel gym is good as hotel gyms go, the spa is good and well priced. Hotel grounds and pool were great, and the breakfast was also very good. Hotel isn't that close to the city, but you... More

Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere at this hotel. The location is good, short tuk tuk ride to town, close to Angkor Wat, and the gigantic pool and surrounding gardens are lovely. The daily breakfast is fantastic and offered many options. I enjoyed a great view from a balcony perfect for relaxing on after a busy day.

**4.3 out of 5** If you're looking for a hotel just a 3-minute Tuk-Tuk outside of town, this is a good choice, with its expansive pool, lotus ponds, and semi-live morning buffet harboring delicious coffee. The hotel is pushed back off the main road making it a place of sanctum after a busy day of touring the temples, town, or... More

We booked through expedia which scored the Palace Residence & Villa as "superb", however what we actually stayed in was the Angkor resort and spa. They are clearly one and the same but no where does it say "Palace Residence & villa" so I have no idea why they have two (or three) separate names for the same hotel. It... More

Nothing more to ask. Hotel is in the best location, away from the city rush, calm and peaceful. Yet is 10 min drive by tuk tuk to city centre. It has everything to offer and indeed a palace. Big rooms with all the essentials u would want, and well maintained. Staff are very friendly, very well behaved and they know... More

This is not a five star hotel at best it is three star, the hotel is in need of a facelift, it goes by three different names, which is confusing. The hotel is in need of a good clean, the room had stains on the bed runner, floor area around the fridge was dirty and stained, the bathroom layout doesn't... More
