I checked in the hotel staying for 5N4D. On the secondth day, I found that some of my money (about $300US) which was well-locked in the safe, was missing. I just began to wonder if I by chance mixed something up and so I made a marking and took some photos after putting back the money to the safe. The... More

The hotel is quite okay for its price although it's age is already showing with visible cracks on its ceiling. The room is spacious (as well as the WC) and complete with needed amenities. The buffet breakfast lacks variety and In our four days of stay it has the same menu.At around 8am, there are no more plates and utensils.I appreciate that... Our stay at the hotel was good overall. I just wish there was more variety in the buffet breakfast they serve - we had the same set of breakfast choices 2 days. The room was nice and cozy, and the hotel is near Angkor Wat.

The Rithy Rine hotel has the look of an old hotel with curving mahogany banisters and an attractive reception area. The rooms are spacious, some with balconies overlooking the swimming pool. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are disappointing with a lack of a shelf and in some cases no towel rail. (something that is cheaply and... More

Breakfast was terrible (looked like the sausages had been reheated 3 days in a row!) The only thing I felt safe to eat was toast! We had a rat in our room (that my partner saw and chased off.) Despite this hotel staff and management refused to apologise and continually denied that there even was a rat and WE had... More

Worst hotel ever!!! Pro's: the pool is good and the staff are friendly Con's: rooms are terrible, breakfast absolutely shocking, gloomy, dirty, the bathroom in the room is just disgusting This hotel should not be listed as 3 star

Many things need repairs and fixing. Some staff has the no can do mentality. Breakfast doesn't get attendance and is empty at 8:30. Pictures look better than the reality. The location is good and many things can be reached with a short Tuk Tuk ride.

I made an online reservation in Rithy Rine and their reservation manager (Seansean Sin) is very helpful in answering my email inquiries. We paid $32/night which includes breakfast, he also included free airport pickup by tuktuk. It is located a few minutest away from Pub Street & Night Market, if you take the tuktuk it will cost you $2-3, if... More

While spotlessly clean, this hotel is in serious need of a refurb. All very sad and tired decor-wise. Had to request a different room as first bed was hard as a plank. Pool area quite nice. Staff helpful and efficient. Breakfast is unremarkable but does the job. Probably a bit overpriced for what it is, as I have stayed in... More

My wife and I are a young couple who recently did a tour of Cambodia. During this time we spent 3 nights in Rithy Rine hotel. The staff were friendly, I must say but the hotel feels in need of a few upgrades. Because we travelled with a group of 15 people I heard all the comments and the biggest... More
