My wife & I booked a room at the Angkor Era Hotel as part of our Cambodia tour for 2nights & were very pleased with our room which was an excellent size & furnished beautifully. The rain drop shower head poses problems with anyone taller than 5"6 as it is very low however . The bathroom does have a very... More

I planned on staying in Siem Reap for several months so I contacted the Angkor Era to see what kind of rate I could get on a monthly basis. The manager quoted me 65 USD per night with breakfast and extra 10 USD. Later I looked at Agoda and found the same hotel for 46 USD including breakfast. I knew... More

We stayed at this hotel from 29/8 to 1/9/15. Staff service was great. But cant say the same for the spa /massage that we went to. We paid USD30 for a 90 minutes massage, but was only given a 60 minutes massage. Room 368 had badly stained tiles, and water pooled badly at the shower cubicles during shower time. Breakfast... We had a company event at the hotel's ballroom in mid August and the staff were also staying in the hotel. The service provided by Mr. Lay Bunleap and his team was top rate, always having our interests at heart. We plan to keep using this hotel for our future events.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They really make an effort to please you and accommodate you. We were particularly impressed with the staff in the dining room and with our driver, Jhan-ta. The facilities are also very good. We had a spacious, attractive and very clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The swimming pool... More

So I just spent the last week coordinating an event with close to 300 people staying at the hotel and then another 150 coming in locally.
