The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They really make an effort to please you and accommodate you. We were particularly impressed with the staff in the dining room and with our driver, Jhan-ta. The facilities are also very good. We had a spacious, attractive and very clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The swimming pool... More

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It was comfortable. The breakfast was great but do not expect much western food. It is catered for Asian tourist from China, Korea and Japan. We were the only non Asian looking people in the dinning room. The staff were great and provided us service when requested. It has a great swimming pool.... More

So I just spent the last week coordinating an event with close to 300 people staying at the hotel and then another 150 coming in locally. Now, the hotel itself is beautiful but really I just want to commend the staff! They were so willing and so accommodating to all of our requests whether with prior knowledge or given last... More

Every expat in Siem Reap has their favorite "swimming hole." Mine is Angkor Era. Very reasonable prices and rarely crowded (a short distance out of town does wonders!). I use their pool and spa facility (very regularly). A great place to escape the mayhem of the downtown area and relax by the pool with a book or get a workout... More

Upon finishing the massage at the Amara Spa went off to the counter, I saw a young lady sitting on the floor unattended, with painful face holding her foot. She hurt herself at the last step down which was specially deep, as compared to all the others, pls see photo. The stair was quite dark and at night when you... More

The check in service was very friendly and the rooms large -- we overlooked the pool which was very nice (although service non-existent). The look is of a luxury hotel, but it is working its way there. The hotel focuses on training local staff in the hotel industry which we really liked -- however, you are not going to get... More

This hotel is lovely. It is out of town so taxi and tuk tuk was more expensive but we liked the peace and quite. We had a family suite and it was wonderful. 3 rooms joined together with balcony views of the pool area. We arrived before check in due to our flight and staff were so friendly and accomodating... My fiance and I came here to celebrate my birthday - from 2 November to 7 November 2013. I booked our stay through zuji.com.au and am so glad I chose Angkor Era for our second trip to Cambodia! We actually called the hotel during our lay over in Singapore to organise the free airport pick up on the day of... More

Very impresssive hotel amidst the chaos of Siem Reap. The location is not far from the Angkor Temples, close enough in fact that the hotel can arrange transportation, guide services etc. at extreamly reasonable prices which is a smart way to go given that Siem Reap is not the safest city in the world to visit. The rooms are very... More
