We came to Siem Reap and stayed in an old hotel for 2 nights. One of our teammembers stumbled over this hotel just a couple blocks away. We moved in to a great surprise. A new and well renovated hotel, very comfortable and surprisingly with good facilities including a rooftop swimming pool. Breakfast spread is good though it can do... More

It was a nice hotel though would have preferred staying in the main building. Tuk tuk service by Mr. Kim (#8) was very good...during our hectic two days, he managed to show us all the major temple sites. Worth going back for a longer stay.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel for 4 nights from 12.6.15 to 16.6.15. We had earlier booked another hotel online but when we read the reviews from other guests about your hotel, we decided to cancelled and re-book your lovely hotel. We were glad we made the right choice. The location is great, right in the heart... More

When we arrived at the Siem Reap airport at midnight, we worried about picking us up to the hotel by the hotel staffs. But they were kind enough to ready to pick us. They were waiting for 3 hours. On the way to the hotel, Mr. Kim Yeang told us about detailed trip information. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast. Breakfast... More

When we arrived they were in the process of opening the new hotel wing and were rushing to get everything done. The staff were extra attentive and helped us with all aspects of our trip, which included our tour and guide for Angkor Wat, Airport Transport and our other tours. The location was great as it was in the heart... More

We were actually pre-booked at another hotel in Siem Reap and had prepaid, but when we got there they had problems with one of the rooms and were full so they moved us to the Cheathata Angkor Hotel. WHAT FANTASTIC LUCK!!! --- The location of this hotel is perfect, it is just a block away from Pub Street the Art... More

Both the front desk team at both hotel reception areas were excellent. They provided us with excellent service and answered all our questions about Angkor Wat and Siem Reap very well. The second building just opened a week before we arrived and the hotel staff did an excellent job ironing out the kinks. I would stay here again.
