First off. There are two related hotels almost next to each other. The one I am reviewing is the Cheathata Angkor Hotel, the one that is across the street is the Cheathata SUITES Hotel. The suites is the nicer hotel. On to my review... They offer a free pickup from the airport, which we forgot about and paid the $5... More

After staying at this hotel based on the rave reviews, I'm very confused and wondering if I stayed at a completely different Cheathata Hotel. When we first arrived, I was struck by the lack of any kind of activity. Complete silence, dim lighting, and not a single guest to be seen. It was like a ghost hotel. On the way... More

We had 8 peoples in a group. Were in Siem Reap during low season. Not much guest check in and were placed in the old wings which is we need to cross opposite for breakfast and pool. Don't mind at all. We are happy to do the small walking as everything were looked perfect. We had fun in our own... More

I am traveling with three other girls and we booked a suite for five nights at this beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly and always very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was DELICIOUS and had everything from fresh seasonal fruit to hot noodle soup and made-to-order-eggs. The rooftop pool was beautiful,... More

We had just been scammed after the border crossing travelling to Siem Reap which was not a pleasant experience, we phoned Cheathata Angkor Hotel and they sent a Tukk Tukk free of charge to rescue us. When we arrived at the Hotel they expressed their sorrow at our ordeal and upgraded our room to a suite. What a result, we... More

My family stayed at Cheathata Angkor Hotel and we were impressed with the size of the rooms, the amenities and the sumptuous breakfast. The location of the hotel is also excellent as it is beside the night market where there are shops, restaurants and bars and spas. The Guest Relation Team Manager Yoen Kimyeang (Jackson) provided us with excellent and... More

Near to one of best few eateries around and near walking distance to most of the night markets. Hotel Manager, Jackson provided the best service and provided good recommendation on the places to visit while not too taxing on us. Jackson is flexible, accomodating and easy to talk to. STay at this hotel and look for him when you are... More

Its located in between pub street and the muslim village. Everything is 3 mins walk. Get the fruit juice, delicious and fresh. Sunblock, sunglass and good shoes for the temples. The hotel front desk channi was extra friendly. The first night our electricity died though but after that it was fine. Rooms were clean and cosy with clean bathtubs. Enjoyed... More
