The room is fairly clean and location is central, but don't expect anything more. The bed was small and uncomfortable, and the linens were threadbare with burn holes and ill-fitted to the bed so were constantly puling off. A/C worked, but had a very noticeable drone. The kettle, seating area/sofa, and snackbar listed on website were absent, and no glasses... More

It's just a FANTASTIC place!!!!! Had a great luck by choosing it!!!! Location is great 3 min to Pub Street with lots of bars, restaurants and clubs! The rooms are nice and clean. Take the suit - is amazing! The staff is very friendly and warm welcoming! Luca, the owner, is taking a lot care of customers and makes it... More

We stayed here for three nights, we found the rooms to be a good standard compared to similar guesthouses we had stayed at in Thailand. The rooms were cleaned every day and the bed was really soft and comfortable. We had A/C, TV and wifi, we found the wifi to be very good. Would have liked a fridge to keep... More

We really unjoyed our stay here. The owner was so friendly and helped us get a good tuk driver for visiting Angkor and helped us get bikes early so we could bike to angkor at 5:30 am. It's in a great spot close to the market, yet the street is pretty quiet. Rooms were comfy and clean.

I had a great week-long stay at Avie Moriya. The facilities were very simple, but the prices were very reasonable. The hotel is centrally-located and is only about a 5 minute walk from pub street. The staff were extremely helpful - Luca, the owner is a great resource for planning your stay in Siem Reap. I would stay here again!

Bookes the deluxe twin room for less than 15usd per night. Room was huge, bed was huge and I was able to watch my weekend liverpool game from the cable tv providee. Less than 5min walk to pub street, and owner Luca from italy was super friendly. Nothing else to ask for from a guesthouse.

If you're looking for a budget stay, this is probably it, but don't get your hopes up. The rooms are large, with extremely high ceilings, but it doesn't feel that big when the place is extremely dim. There isn't nearly enough lighting, but I guess it helped my body shut down and fall asleep super early so I was recharged... More

Clean rooms, great location and wonderful team looking after this well situated guest house. Great value for money and always a smiling face to greet you and attend any arrangements. Not far from the night market and pub street for a great meal and a bit of fun. The owner was great and made sure we were comfortable and arranged... More

I stayed in this nice hotel for 3 nights. It is really clean as they do the room every day. Luca, the owner, is really friendly and made me feel like if I was at home. Breakfast is not included but is really cheap (1 and 1/2 $ drink included as well). The hotel is located in a convenient location:... More
