Best staff we encountered and my girlfriend was quite upset to leave. Great little environment of large fairly plush rooms, private yet around a pool surrounded by lush environs and an airy restaurant. Initially, had to go through a few hoops to limit onsite construction but the staff very understanding and we had a relaxing stay and felt really welcome... More

Pro: -Free took took rides to and from downtown, use of a local cell phone (free), large rooms, nice decor, nice pool, intimate environment (only 10 rooms), nice bar, nice breakfast, great service. Con: -Off the beaten track, hence the free took... More

Stayed with my sisters for a few nights. The staff were so welcoming and kind. Accomodation was spacious and clean. Out of town, but not a problem in the least. The staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Easy access to tuk tuk drivers to get us to angkor. Great service taking us in and out... More

I traveled with 2 young kids. On the way to the hotel, we went through some bumpy allies and rundown surroundings, we were worried about the hotel. Once we stepped in, we got the best treatment. The place is so cozy, nice and superb. Our kids love swimming in the pool between temples visits, the breakfast was really fresh with... More

This hotel made siem reap a real highlight experience. The suite we had was very luxe and romantic & the wine and fruit basket on arrival was a lovely touch. Hotel staff can't do enough for you. Coconut & lemongrass drinks and cool towels when you arrive back at the hotel (complimentary) is a good example of the level of... More

Our stay in the Bunwin Boutique added on to the already wonderful experience that Angkor offers. We were welcomed with fresh face towels and a lemongrass tea (much appreciated after our long trip); then a member of the staff explained us the different options available from the hotel to arrange tours to Angkor. We booked the small and the grand... More

My wife and I had only 4 days in Cambodia. We booked one Bunwin property and they decided it was OK to have us stay one night at a different hotel and the other three nights at the hotel we booked. I really can not express how rotten this is, and how disrespectful of our vacation. I would strongly advise... More

Bunwin boutique was a real treat! We loved our stay here. The hotel is small and cosy with a lovely pool and a nice shower. The staff is very helpful and extremely accomodating. They took very good care of us and gave us great dinner recommendations. The hotel also has a shuttle service that's very convenient. The food was not... More

A tranquil oasis, away from the noise, and dust of the main road. Once you arrive the staff welcome you with the smiles and warmth of typical Cambodia. From then on, you are like family, always being greeted by your first names (which all staff remember). Our stay in Siem Reap was short, but made memorable by this beautiful hotel.... More
