Had miscommunication with both tour guide and the hotel's airport pickup which at the end of the day we had to take the tour guide's tuktuk to the hotel with our heavy luggage. Our annoyance was quickly remedied with the lovely garden/mediterranean feel of the hotel, not to mention the smell of wonderful lemongrass! They had awesome welcome drinks too. The room... More

From the minute we walked into the Frangipani we were made to feel welcome. The staff are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. My husband and I had one room whilst our adult daughter had a room down the hall - both were clean, fresh and bright. The choice for breakfast was amazing: fresh fruit, toast,... More

Stayed here as a group. The rooms are tired and old and I think there is better value in Siem Reap. But the location is good the breakfast at all the Frangipani hotels is excellent and there is a pool. I would say the atmosphere and location make up for the rooms

Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel it is well placed for getting to Pub Street about 15mins walk. Some very good restaurants close by. The food in this hotel is of a high standard both at breakfast and lunch time. Plenty on offer. Our bedroom overlooked the pool and had a nice balcony. The bedroom was very clean but... More

This hotel was a gem. It looks great as you arrive. All white and clean. Intersting polished concrete floors which give it a bit of style. The room was quite large, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast beside the pool or a cold beer after chasing around Angkor Wat was a bonus. There's a tour desk and a really great spa. The... More

Have stayed in the frangipani in Phnom Penh and this one is slightly nicer. They have a very good spa, the pool was clean and inviting and the breakfast was good. The rooms are a bit rundown, but still clean and quite passable. The price was okay and really, it was very good value for the price paid

Fabulous stay at the Frangipani Villa! We stayed in the twin room which was nicely decorated and had all the amenities one requires. The shower was lush! The breakfast at this hotel was one of the best I've ever had. They have a huge buffet with so much choice: omelettes, Asian dishes, fruit, cereals, salads, breads, pastries and a good... More

The room we stayed in needed a make over. Old fittings, aircon made a rattling noise while on and didn't adjust properly, so we went without. I assume the rooms with a balcony are better fitted out. Location fantastic, staff were great, breakfast is awesome especially if you got a table near the pool. Pool area good. A great relaxing... More

In the Wat Bo area of Siam Reap, with Tuk-tuks always available right outside to take you into town ($1.5-2). We were welcomed with a delicious lemongrass drink and the staff were very helpful, allowing us a late check-out on the last day. The rooms were fine but not as good as other hotels we stayed in, in Cambodia. Breakfast... More

the frangipani staff was friendly and helpful, the comfortable room a good size, also the pool. for the price this was a very pleasant place to stay, a little bit out of the way but an easy walk to the old market and pub street. if you don't require five stars and grand luxe, this will be a fine place...
