Had A few nights here while staying in Siem Reap. The rooms were fresh, clean and bright with a beautiful concrete ensuite, breakfast was amazing and most of all the staff were so friendly and helpful and made you feel totally at home. Amazing place.

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel and i really recommend it. The rooms are spacious and clean with good showers and beds, as well as a TV and air con. The breakfast is self service buffet with Asian and western options and fresh omelettes and noodles made to order, as well as lots of fruit. I didn't try the... More

We spent three nights at the Frangipani and very much enjoyed our stay. The common areas of the hotel are nicely decorated and we particularly enjoyed spending time by the pool after a hot day exploring Angkor Wat. It would be nice if there were a few more lounge chairs though. Our room was nice as well, fairly basic, but... More

Beautiful room, great view, super friendly staff. Perfect except for the renovation noise . . . two doors down from our room. Tried to get another room, but the hotel was full. After touring temples we desperately needed a short nap before a swim and heading out to dinner. To the manager's credit, he did get the drilling/banging to stop... More

Spent 2 nights here in Siem Reap after taking the Giant Ibis bus north from Phnom Penh. Reaching the hotel was a quick 5-10mins tuk tuk ride from the bus terminal (USD2) with minimal fuss even with the ongoing water festival (lots of traffic coupled with road blockages). Immediately felt the staff hospitality with a cold welcome drink and refreshment... More

We here at present (3 nights) & what a little gem. Friendly, relaxed, lovely spacious & clean rooms, nice breakfasts & lovely pool/spa... They are doing some renovations so ask for a quiet room away from the side they are renovating ... But other than that issue, you couldn't fault the place. It's full & guests all smiling so that... I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel; everything about it was more than satisfactory. The staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and the rooms are clean and stylish. I especially noted the emphasis on the use of concrete in the bathroom on the floor and the countertop. The pool provided welcome relief from... More

Stayed here for 3days and 2nights. The rooms are ok, the toilets are clean, pleasant atmosphere. The staffs were ok, but I believe that there's still a room for improvement. Just to share our experience. I asked for an assistance from a staff, to help us book for the Temple tour. I told her that we wanted a guided tour... More

The staff was very friendly: Pool, rooms and facilities were excellent. The hotel is very stylish. We travelled with two kids and the Frangipani Villa Hotel was the best value-for-money hotel we got on our entire Asia-Trip. We can also recommend ordering a beef burger and have it alongside the pool. Heaven!!!

We moved to Frangipani after being in another hotel too far out of the city. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and well maintained. It has a lovely warm Cambodian feeling to it while it is still a big hotel. The pool was clean and appreciated. They did seem to run out of towels at the pool quite often... More
