Beautiful garden with hommocks to chill out. Only 10 to 15 minutes walk to downtown. Located in a great area. Quiet place and really helpful staff. Rooms are quite cheap and the food at the restaurant is delicious. They can organize your visit to the temple and the people they work with are really good and kind. No reason to... More

Almost a week spent there. Clean rooms set around a green garden furnished with confortable sofas. The owner, Jean-Baptiste gave us some good advices, how to do the the tour in Angkor Wat and other spots but, more interesting, how to avoid tourist traps not mentionned by guides and by some locals. As he speaks fluently cambodian and lives in... More

Stayed 5 nights in Siem-Reap near the Angkor Temple. The owner Jean-Baptiste and his family really make you feel at home. Rooms are just what you need for a simple stay. Food was great too I only discovered after the 2nd day that they had a nice menu but I ate there almost every time afterwards. Location is great too... More

Very nice lovely place, I love the garden and hammock perfect for relaxing after visiting the temples, the food is excellent and different from what we can find in order place (the best that I have been dripping in Siem Reap), really cool in brief.

Was there only one night and was impressed by the boss and the quiet garden. Food was ok-good, but far from the quality of the 'la Rega Phnom Penh'. Rooms were average for the price. Need maintenance as the shower's handle was broken and the toilet door couldn't be closed. The moskito net was so dusty that i couldn't sleep... More

I booked this guesthouse on the strength of the very good recommendations on this site. This is probably one of the rare occasion when I do not agree with the review consensus. Rega was the most "expensive" place where we stayed during our holiday in Cambodia, but it was also the most disappointing one: It is true that the manager,... More

this guest house is run by Jean-Baptiste who is extremely knowledgeable about this area and Cambodia in general. He was very helpful in organising a driver and a guide. However, I found the accommodation very poor indeed. Perhaps the rooms in the garden are better. I was staying in the main building which is in great need of repair. The... More

We stayed 4 days at Rega in February 2011 and were very happy to have found this guest house. We were picked up from the bus station by Kiri, who remained our tuk-tuk driver during our stay. It is the politic of the guest house and it's a brilliant idea: you feel well looked after and it's also easier to... More

What a wonderful find. Set in a beautiful garden, this simple guest house helped make our trip to Siem Reap really wonderful. Run by a French man and his Cambodian wife, it is a cool and relaxing place to return to after a long day of sight seeing in magnificent Angkor. We loved being able to relax in the hammocks... More
