At $18 for double occupancy, an all-you-can-eat breakfast, wonderful service, a pool, next day laundry, and free tuk-tuk rides to the markets, it simply is hard to beat. This is where I will be staying from now on! I've stayed at two other, higher-priced hotels on previous trips to Siem Reap, but this will be my Cambodian home away from... More

New Riverside Hotel Siem Reap is a home from Home hotel, lovely staff helpful and friendly, great Tuk tuk drivers also helpful honest. I've stayed here now 5 times in 4 years, yes a little out of town fine if your needing a quieter friendly hotel with a good basic breakfast and great drivers. Mr how taking guests to hotel... More

The name Riverside is totally misleading as this property is nowhere near the small river or canal that runs through Siem Reap. It's an ordinary hotel and needs upgrading to modern standards; even for what is really a budget hotel. Stay here only if you are on a tight budget and just need a place to crash for the night.... This hotel not located in a facilited area ... but its cleanliness amazed me. The breakfast was minimalist and all facilities was paid ... but the wifi was free only in the lobby. Its pool located in front of the hotel and I was not feel secured because of they did not make a permanent separators.

Very ordinary stay and very far from temples, markets and all Siem Riep has to offer. We stayed for two nights and the place was very run down with non working air conditioning and uncomfortable beds. Breakfast 'buffet' was poor- dried eggs and a small selection of options. There are so many others to choose from that are close by... More

Clean friendly hotel with hot showers and small swimming pool - very welcome on hot dusty days. Good location, hotel has it's own tuk tuk to get you into central Siem Reap. However, if you feel tired after a busy day the food available in the hotel restaurant is tasty and in generous portions.

A clean hotel with fine rooms and a good little restaurant. Small, pool in a quiet garden setting. Staff helpful. Not near enough to the main shops and restaurants to walk. But hotel provides one-way tuk tuk service to the main drag. Up to you to find a tuk tuk home again. Reasonably priced and quiet.

I have just completed a 6 week stay at the New Riverside Hotel in Siem Reap. Siem Reap has a zillion hotels and there probably is something for absolutely everyone - the trick is to find what works for you. I was doing a return trip and was volunteering so I needed something inexpensive, comfortable, friendly, safe for a lone... More
