The hotel is on a quiet street at a decent walking distance to the night market (15 min), Phare (15 min), Siem Reap Museum (10 min), a Mall (10 min), bus ticket office (6 min), etc. from all four directions. Staff are excellent and eager to accommodate guests' requests. Kitchen staff packed lunch for me when I left early in... More

Went with a travel group and stayed at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and they have in room massages which was amazing! Practically put me to sleep. The rooms were kept clean, but there is so much to do in the area, we were barely in the room anyway. Breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was decent and complimentary.... More

It is very difficult to rate this hotel. First, you'll not get a more friendly, helpful and accommodating staff anywhere else. However, the hotel building is old, tired and worn. It needs a complete renovation and refurbishment. The room was also very dark, though the shower was powerful. Breakfast was mediocre, like most 3-star hotels. The staff did all they... More

I have been here for 3D2N and the service was lovely! A great smile on each staff and they even hold up the door upon my arrival or departure from the hotel. Room wise it was real clean, there are coffee/tea and plain water and even a kettle, which was real helpful with boiling the water. Bathtub seems a little... More

We stayed with our 4 year old daughter for 6 nights while visiting the Angkor archeological park. The room was spacious and the twin room came with two "full" beds meaning 1m20 large. There was a tea coffee making facility and free drinking water. AC and breakfast were also included in the USD 26 per night rate. The beds were... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at Parklane Hotel for 2 nights at the end of January and had a good stay. The room was big and clean, and we felt very safe and secure during our stay here. All the staff were friendly and we were able to book our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat with them for a good... More

The first room they gave us had a water leak coming from the tub. We told the receptionist and they sent someone to fix it. They told us it was fixed, but it leaked again really bad when we took a shower. Then we were moved to another room, but the internet didn't work in this room. We were told... More

We enjoyed our stay here. Good big room nice and dark, lift in hotel, and not to far to walk to pub street and markets. Nice clean hotel. Reception staff, especially Sam and Ron are very helpful and make you feel very welcome. Breakfast is ok. Only negative things were: - hot water sometimes not stay at same temperature -water...
