I realize that most of you will be shocked to see an average rating when the ones below are all excellent. I'll explain why. Yes the rooms are large and spacious and it does provide a breakfast in the price which was decent, but I found it to be nothing spectacular. I get it, we're in SEA, you're expectations shouldn't... Came with a group intrepid tour. The rooms were fantastically huge. Loved that the twin rooms included 2 massive double beds. The bathroom was clean and modern. The shower water pressure was drastically better than the pressure in the other hotels we had been in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lovely people

The staff picked us up at the airport, we got to know our tuk tuk drivers Mab and Sey very well and they helped us get a guide who toured the temples for two days. They were very relaxed and friendly, super fun and had dinner at a place where we could try foods like frog legs and ants (we... More

I stayed in the Parklane Hotel in Siem Reap for 6 nights in november 2014. I really have to say that this accomodation was definetely one of the best on my whole trip (6 weeks through Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand), especially when referred to the room price. My room was huge, very clean and with modern facilities, the breakfast is... More

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and comes with free coffee, tea and bottled water daily. Buffet breakfast that is included is delicious and has both western and asian foods available. Just a $1 tuk tuk ride away from pub street and market area. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed in PLH in December and spend X-mas eve/day here. I felt like at home with these amazing humble people that welcome me every time with a smile on their face every day!! The hotel OWNER should feel proud of his staff and give a raise to his employees as they are the ones that made... More

This hotel has the friendliest most helpful staff I have ever experienced. Sopheak went out of his way to show me the temples that I had missed and spoke very fluent English. Sam Norl always greeted me by name and had such a happy spirit. Rum Chea helped me with multiple reservations as did Rai Samut who also gave me... More

There's just too many nice things to say about this place. Of all the hotels I've stayed in throughout my travels, this is probably one of my favorites. Some points to consider and why you should choose this hotel for your trip: 1.) VERY FRIENDLY STAFF - they are extremely accomodating and have a decent handle of the English language.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in December 2014. The hotel is a nice distance from the centre so it's quiet and the streets aren't too busy. We tended to walk to the centre through the night market (on 'night market street'!) where there are nicer/cheaper restaurants and bars than on pub street. The service at the hotel is excellent...
