I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The place is in convenient location, near stores, Old market, and Pub Street. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. Mr. Sopheak, the hotel guy is very accommodating and willing to help. Overall experience is fantastic and would recommend for stay here.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast was ok. Nothing special. From the moment you arrive, all staff is asking where you are going or what you have planned for the day. At first it seems nice of them to start conversation, but soon I found out it was only for their own good. They aggresivly try to sell day... More

This is center of the city and walkable distance to all restaurants and especially Indian restaurant is 3 min walk. The Hotel staff is very nice and cool, and it is safe place to stay with family also and it is value for money. I am really happy with this hotel service and especially with staff.

The hotel is on a quiet street at a decent walking distance to the night market (15 min), Phare (15 min), Siem Reap Museum (10 min), a Mall (10 min), bus ticket office (6 min), etc. from all four directions. Staff are excellent and eager to accommodate guests' requests. Kitchen staff packed lunch for me when I left early in... More

Went with a travel group and stayed at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and they have in room massages which was amazing! Practically put me to sleep. The rooms were kept clean, but there is so much to do in the area, we were barely in the room anyway. Breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was decent and complimentary.... More

It is very difficult to rate this hotel. First, you'll not get a more friendly, helpful and accommodating staff anywhere else. However, the hotel building is old, tired and worn. It needs a complete renovation and refurbishment. The room was also very dark, though the shower was powerful. Breakfast was mediocre, like most 3-star hotels. The staff did all they... More

I have been here for 3D2N and the service was lovely! A great smile on each staff and they even hold up the door upon my arrival or departure from the hotel. Room wise it was real clean, there are coffee/tea and plain water and even a kettle, which was real helpful with boiling the water. Bathtub seems a little... More

We stayed with our 4 year old daughter for 6 nights while visiting the Angkor archeological park. The room was spacious and the twin room came with two "full" beds meaning 1m20 large. There was a tea coffee making facility and free drinking water. AC and breakfast were also included in the USD 26 per night rate. The beds were... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at Parklane Hotel for 2 nights at the end of January and had a good stay. The room was big and clean, and we felt very safe and secure during our stay here. All the staff were friendly and we were able to book our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat with them for a good... More
