I was driven to this hell hole in the dark after an arduous mini bus ride purchased on Kao San Road. The visa scam and the theft of another passengers cash were the warning sign of what was to come. After witnessing the agressive tour manager, rip off tours and nasty management, I was robbed in the foyer. The staff... More

I arrived at this hotel with my friend after traveling from Bangkok. We sat down with the manager only to be told that we had to go to our rooms and shower and come back in 30 minutes. The manager tried to talk us into taking the tour of Angkor Wat the following day and got angry with us when... More

We only stayed here as the Garden Inn was full when we wanted an extra night and it was next door. Very poor value in comparison and very pushy manager who was only interested in money. As we were getting a bus to Kratie the next day we bought tickets here and he charged as much for them as he... More

After a full day travelling we were driven up a dirt track to the hotel. All wooden floors so had to take shoes off before going into hotel. Rooms clean but nowhere to sit except on the bed. Breakfast very basic and after eating his, my husband went back to room where he was sick. Thank goodness I didn't eat... More

Very friendly staff made my stay there special. Nice localization and very quite and clean. The breakfast they serve are delicious but I have to admit they need much more time to prepare it that it takes normally. They also organize for us minivan with a driver and a guide for 3 days and everything was perfectly orgenized.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my husband and it was a very bad choice!! The staff is not friendly at all, not even a smile! When we arrived from the Thai border, we were told by the manager, whom did not even say welcome or gave us a smile,to go upstairs to the room and take... More

the staff at this hotel made siem reap a highlight of my holiday, they were very welcoming after the full day of travel across the thai border. Yes it probably was a little expensive though the hotel is very spacious and clean with everything you could need, wish i could have stayed longer!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights and while it was a nice room we had terrible service and got ripped off. Not worth the money and I would not book anything (including Angkor Wat tours) with them. You can find much better for your money.

I booked a room at this hotel for two nights. The house had no computers to use the internet, the WIFI barely ever worked. The staff was ok, but the tuk-tuk guys (part of the hotel) just want to rip you off all the time. The hotel is far form everything in a very dark street. Make sure you get... More
