We came in very late after failing to find accomodation at 6 places where our tuk tuk has taken us, and they took advantage of it charging us like 4x more than their usuall prices are... yes, we were stupid not too book hotel in advance, but we would get over that and price as well if quality was good,... Staff at first arrival seemed interested but after that it was all downhill ... reservation was for 2 people but only one pillow & towel provided ... had to request extra. Room was unclean ... dirty floor, grubby bathroom. Bathtub bottom was cracked in several places, water didn't make it to drain ... the first night there was a torrential... More

I spent three days in the hotel. Throughout these days, I was so satisfied with their great service and good facilities. It is a bit small, but has everything in there with very reasonable price. I released my traveling fatigue at their massage service with 10 USD only. It was so great service!

I have been volunteering in siem reap for 4 months. I have stayed at the King Angkor Villa. I have loved staying here. The pool is a fantastic salt water pool. Always clean. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is fabulous. Cheap food right across the road or a short walk into town. I would recommend staying here... More

The people were very friendly and helpfull, and it's a good value for your money. I personally like somewhat more luxury (windows, less noise, closed toilet/shower) and recommend this awesome place to my friends.

Luxury and very clean rooms. Overall great value. Staff very friendly and helpful to organise tours, other hotels across Cambodia - they have quite a few connected hotels in other main tourist cities so they can take care of all accomodation as you tour across the country.

The room where good except for some bugs that was there the first night. Air-con was working perfectly and the area was okay. Very friendly staff. would stay there again. Very professional manager and skillful chief, except they do not speak a lot of English.

We booked this hotel for only one night three months ago. When arriving (at 6 PM, february 15, 2014), the boy in the front desk told us that a host was sick and needed to extend his stay, so no room available for us. He redirected us to another hotel, which he said was "nice, clean, comfortable and very close".... More

We have ordered the place on agoda and when we have called the hotel they proposed to pick us up that was very convinient. The place itself is for about 10 min walk from the Pub street (or you can take a tuk tuk for 1$). The hotel is renovated and the rooms are really big and clean. We have... More
