We chose this guesthouse because of the fantastic reviews and the fact it had a pool. It did not disappoint! The staff were all just so friendly and obviously wanted to be as welcoming and helpful as possible. The two tuk tuk drivers associated with the guesthouse were both so sweet and we enjoyed our journeys with them (we had... More

If we weren't on a time frame we would gladly stay longer. We got a free transfer from the bus station to the hotel, with the hotel owner contacted me to arrange after I had booked online (a first in my travels!) Room was lovely, we had a twin which had two small doubles with memory foam mattresses. Lovely bathroom.... More

We stayed for four nights in low season. The hotel was nearly fully booked so we didn't great a great room- bottom floor with a window that looked out onto the kitchen. The room was good value for money. Tv, air con, ensuite bathroom with hot shower- weird problem with bugs though. Not sure whether they were tiny cockroaches or... More

I can't say enough good things about this place. I will start with the minor negatives. We probably ended up with the worst room location wise but that's just luck of the draw. We were on the first floor and the kitchen area was outside our window. There's also lots of bugs around but that's due to the climate. Now... More

We had the best experience at King Angkor villa. We intended to stay only two nights and ended up staying a whole week. The pool is stunning and extremely clean, very comfortable rooms with TV and aircon. The most friendly staff we've ever met, picked us up from our bus stop and arranged all of our trips for us for... We stayed here toward the end of May, i went by the reviews on tripadvisor and booked up! The hotel was cheap and the rooms were great, hotel staff were friendly and it couldn't be in a better place to be honest. Not far atall from pub street or the markets, but far enough away that you get a good... More

This is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed in Asia! Staff are very friendly and helpful, clean room and bathroom, comfy bed and very good air con. Good tv with a good choice of channels, and wifi works in the rooms. Free breakfast is included and menu is nice relatively cheap. The swimming pool is an... More

This hotel is called the King Boutique hotel which caused a bit of confusion. They advertised free airport pick up but we didn't find any guests who had received this service and we witnessed several guests complaining. The rooms are large and relatively clean by Cambodian standards, we erected our own mosquito nets because the hotel didn't have any and... More

We were staying at this hotel for 2 nights. I remember french couple in breakfast arguing with staff about their belongings which has been stolen during their stay there. By the way breakfast was ok. AC ok and toilet well maintained. Taxi to Poipet ordered by staff cost 10usd more than in local travel agent.

I am not sure about the confusion, as this seems to sometimes be referred to as the King Boutique Hotel. Anyways, we stayed here for seven days with my wife and two kids. FANTASTIC place. Great staff, great rooms with great beds ans showers. What more could you ask for? How about a wonderful new pool after a day exploring... More
