Spent three nights at Jasmine Family Hostel while backpacking around SE Asia. The staff were wonderfully helpful, booking a boat transfer to Pnohm Penh for us and answering any of our questions. The food was also great and you get inclusive breakfast! They have their own tuk tuk drivers which means you avoid being hassled and can browse the temples... More

I stayed here for 3 nights (extended my stay 1 night) The pool was great after a day in the heat going through temples. Food was good, staff very attentive. Stayed in the dorm ($8 per night includes breakfast) killer stairs up to it but has a nice patio off the room. A little out of the main area but... More

This is now the second time we've stayed at Jasmine Family Hostel during our 3 weeks in Cambodia. Kunn and his staff have been wonderful from the start especially when we had to change our original booking. We also received a free pick up from the airport and our room was already available which was fantastic after a very early... More

We stayed here 2 nights ago and we're very happy. Get a taxi to take you there, or you will never find it, and once you get over the fact that it is up a little dirty alley, you will be surprised. The room is basic ( no fridge or kettle), but it is clean and the beds are good.... More

I picked this place based on reviews. It is nice and has a great pool. Staff are friendly however the language barrier was a little difficult (I assume this will improve over time). Rooms were very basic but clean. My main issue was the location. It is a 20min walk to the town centre or a 5min tuk tuk. This... More

Quiet hostel off the main road. Breakfast was included and was nice enough but the rest of the food was a little bit more expensive than you'd pay elsewhere and not that nice. Easy to arrange tours of the temples or floating villages from. Clean nice room, pool a huge bonus in the heat and beds around it to relax... More

Accompanied by five friends, we stayed a few nights. Very good value for money, far from the noise of Pub Street, we enjoyed the nice pool after visiting Angkor. Rooms are cleaned daily and the beds are very nice. The staff is not always nice but after a few jokes, everything happens for the best. Go for it!

Me and my friend (two girls) arrived at the hostel after about 12 hours travelling. We arrived in torrential rain and were told we had come to the wrong jasmine hostel and we were booked in across the road. So we trekked over in the rain with our bags, to then be told we were actually in the first one... More

I stayed here for one night only, as the service here seemed heartfelt, but really inconvenienced me. I was left waiting at the airport for over 30 minutes when my online booking didn't show up in their system and, upon arriving and calling the hostel, the driver struggled to find me at the correct terminal. The next morning my breakfast... More
