In over three months of travelling I have never meet staff so rude as here. They could nothing to help us and did not make us feel welcome at all. We arrived at 5am sleepy from an overnight bus and even though the hostel was dead and not a guest in sight we asked if it was ok to sit... More

Rooms are perfectly clean, breakfast is good with various choices, restaurant is great food. Not located in the exact city center but that makes the place quieter and any tuk-tuk will drive you back there for 2 dollars only. Special thanks to Kong -not sure how to spell it- our lovely tuk-tuk driver. He is very kind and always smiling.... More

We booked a private double with ensuite from hostelworld, and when we arrived were pleasantly surprised to realise it was more of a boutique hotel. Our room was modern, clean and spacious. We ended up staying a week longer than planned. They have a great pool, I managed to get through 3 books whilst laying around relaxing. The free breakfast... More

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. Why? Spotless double room with fan, tv, dvd player, breakfast included and free water refills all for $15 p/n. Great spot to relax after the temples as there is a clean pool.

I wish I never set foot here. I mean I met some nice travelers but my stay in Siem Reap was poisoned by it. They overbook. One couple I spoke to was shuffled around a few neighboring hotels after a long overnight bus ride. My 8 person dorm had 9-10 people a night. Two mattresses barely fit between the beds... More

I stayed here for a couple of weeks while I was travelling in Cambodia. 2 dollars a night for a comfortable bed and shower, which is all you really need. Jasmine Lodge is like my second home. I have stayed here twice, in January of 2012 and 2013 for four weeks whilst on a nursing placement. Both times the rooms were very clean and tidy, the beds were large and comfortable and the bathrooms were fine. The staff there are always amazing and really went above and beyond for us... More
