I stayed in the Dorm on the top Floor for two nights only. The city centre is best reached by tuk tuk, but its walking is also possible. Staff was helpful with booking Bustickets. The Breakfast was good with options to choose from. The Pool was a good place to relax after a day at the Angkor Temples.

I booked a twin room here but when I arrived I was told it had been re-allocated. After making a fuss I was transferred to the family's other lodge across the road but I was not impressed. Also, we had booked the free airport pickup through the website but when we got to the airport there was no-one there, and... More

I had a pleasant stay here. Luckily for me and my friend, there were no dogs barking or cleaning person waking us up in the morning. The location is close to the night market. You can either walk or take a tuk tuk with $2 if you feel tired. There is a small swimming pool. I went swimming in the... More

I have never felt compelled to write a review on TripAdvisor but feel I need to as a warning to other travellers. I turned up to this hostel after a long trip from Bangkok with my printed confirmation (made over a month prior to my arrival) and proof of deposit paid. When I arrived the guy on reception told me... More

I thought it was terrible because of some bad reviews. But I was glad that my stay was just fine! If they moved me to their sister hostel, I might be pissed because I have already planned my 2-day-only tour in Siem Reap, which includes distance/time to the airport. Anyway, the place is not that bad! In the lobby, there... More

Pros. - nice pool area but limited sun beds - it's more boutique hotel than hostel - wifi that only works in bar though - tour booking and tuk tuks outside Cons - the cleaner is an inconsiderate fool that wakes you up between 8 & 9 every morning. - the hostel/hotel is far from restaurants and bars and is... Ahhh I loved this place, I had such a good stay here! Even if i was taken to there sister hotel, they were very nice with me, they took my baggage and the staff were very polite and were interested to teach me a bit of their language and taught them a bit of English, I love people like that,it... We booked this places sister hotel the jasmine lodge and we got taken here by their tuk tuk driver. I knew at first sight that this was not the place we had books through booking.com, when I raised it with reception on check in I was told yes, yes it is the place and I was laughed at. When I... We had such a great stay with you for 12 weeks October until December as we volunteered in Siem Reap. We very much liked all the amenities in the hostel such as daily cleaning and the pool to cool off after work. The food is great and saves some dollars than going out to eat. Very much felt like at... More

I confirmed my booking twice with this hostel, and upon arriving, they said they didn't have my booking for a single room. The owner Kunn, ended up giving me a room with three single beds in it- two of which were dirty and I'm convinced that I was sleeping in a dirty bed. The next morning, they moved me to... More
