I was staying at another hotel owned by same people. Arrived home late one night to be told I would have to move out the next day as they were doing renovations. Given that I had a two week booking this was a surprise. But they told me new hotel was nicer and had a pool so I was happy... More

This hotel is a decent budget option with a pool. I stayed here with a friend on the recommendation of a motorbike driver from the airport. Obviously he was getting a commission from bringing us here. We didn't really mind, we wanted to see the recommendation. The rooms are dingy and dated. There's a garden level and a balcony level.... There are so much choice at thebsame price level in Siem Reap that it is really not so difficult to find a better service, better maintained rooms. The front desk service was terrible- they even forgot to call the laundry for my clothes which i had requested a day before...and forgot to inform me too. Also my bathroom was flooded... More

We didn't have a very good stay at this hotel, even though we had reasonable expectations that it would be basic. There were bees coming into our room that we had to deal with ourselves, reception only sent up bug spray and didn't come to help us. In the end we solved the problem ourselves by stuffing towels in the... More

Writing this on our last evening of a 3 night stay. We are not too picky when it comes to hotels as long as they are bed bug free, relatively clean, and have A/C. This hotel has all of that. You can't beat the location of this place (5 min walk from downtown). The A/C is cold and the bed... More

Awful stay, poor customer service from receptionists and ghastly rooms! Toiletries are not re-filled without us having to ask. Modest breakfast with baguette and eggs are not bad though but people may be expecting more for the price paid. Overall will not recommend to my friends traveling in Siem Reap.

The only good feature of this property is its location. Located 5 mins walk away from pub street and the night market, tuk tuks are available in the main road till midnight. The rooms are worn out and needs refurbishment. The room amenities are basic and dont be surprised if you spot stains in bed linen and bath towels. You... More

Only good thing of this hotel is the location walking distance to nearby large market. Other than that, the facilities was a total disappointment. The air conditioner is noisy, water heater is always producing cold water and the room was dusty.

Our 4 night stay here was pretty good, although we did have a couple of issues. On our first night in our room, the air conditioner was very noisy, which disturbed our sleep. Also, the television didn't work at all. To be fair, the room was clean and well appointed, with a very comfortable bad as well. The staff were... More

The Mekong was just ok but overpriced for the room the sliding door to the balcony didn't work and came off the rails and almost pushed me over the balcony. The shower was a bit average as was breakfast I have stayed in better around the corner for the same price the only good thing is walking distance to night... More
