They offered us a room to use temporarily between when we arrived at 6am and when our room was ready at 11am. After only a few hours sleep on a night bus this was a dream come true. Then we discovered that our room had been upgraded. We'd booked one of the cheaper rooms but were shown to a fancy... More

Spent four nights at this hotel in a double twin room at the end of June 2015. The room was clean and had a good sized attached bathroom. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Pub Street ($1 or $2 by tuk tuk). The staff was incredibly helpful in informing us about the town, the available tours of... More

This guesthouse is a little way from the centre, but just a $1.50 tuktuk ride away or 10 minute walk to Pub Street. Its down a quiet lane. Its owned by an English guy from Newcastle, with an amiable Irishman in charge for the next few months. Staff are all local. The rooms are clean and large and beds are... More

Spent my last 3 nights in Cambodia at Siem Reap Rooms. Got a private room, as I was tired of sleeping poorly at a hostel dorm - only cost me 5 dollars more. Having stayed both at 5 star hotels and basic hostels all over the world, let me tell you: this guesthouse has the warmest, best service I've encountered.... More

We spoiled ourselves here with a double air con room for $18 dollars a night (no window though!). We got there hot and sweaty and were given complimentary ice tea and cold flannel whilst given a map of town and general advice - a very nice reception. The room was perfect, bathroom clean. The plunge pool on the roof was... More

$18 a night, double room, en suite, AC and TV. This is one of the more pricey options for those travelling as a couple. However, everything is to a high quality, powerful shower (and 10/10 bum gun), comfy bed, decent AC, great little rooftop with sun decks, TV room complete with Apple TV and a very small pool (it is... Lisa is very helpful. She helped us to organize our Temple tours, gave us great advices, helped us to book tickets. Service is amazing. They can prepare sandwiches or fruit for couple of dollars for your tours. There is small swimming pool on roof which is The choice during the heats and it is on street where you can find... More

Lisa and her staff went above and beyond to make our trip a special one. My boyfriend and I are travelling so it was so nice to talk to Lisa, she's so knowledgable on lots of places in Southeast Asia and spent time out to sit down and help us with tips and advice, she even sorted our Vietnamese visa's... Thanks Eve for the thoughtful 5 star review. We enjoyed having you both here with us, and I especially enjoyed pampering you with those custom cheese and cucumber sandwiches. I'm glad you found our chats helpful as well. Dr. Ian Ferguson is wonderful - we are lucky to have him in SR. Have fun in Vietnam and good luck on... More

We booked srr last minute and ended up staying three nights. Breakfast is delicious and cheap and Lisa (manager?) and staff go way out of their way on arrival to tell you what to see in town, what to eat and even scams to watch for. Day tours with them are also great (we loved our tuk tuk driver Vibol).... More

Craig - thank you so much for your 5 star review. It is always exciting for us to read customer feedback, especially when it is so positive! I'm glad you decided to visit Beng Melea temple and take advantage of those "magic windows" on both days of touring. It's always nicer when you can visit the temples without the crowds.... More
