I was unlucky enough to be sick for some of our stay and staff were amazing. Happily changed all our package bookings, showed they were concerned even though it is a large hotel we felt individually cared for. The spa is fab n the traditional Khmer massage is amazing. We liked the fact that we had to travel to the... More

This is a large resort hotel outside of Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious, staff very helpful, nice pool but quite busy while we were there. As it is not in Siem Reap Centre it is a bit isolated. You can't walk to local bars and restaurants so are limited to using Tuktuk's to get you about. You will pay... More

Stayed here a week. Its a good place to base oneself while navigating the ancient ruins. Liked what we thought was a rustic feel. Some features are really special - others need attention. But overall we liked our stay.

This hotel is located quite away from the town and as such you will inevitably end up spending quite a lot of time here. In short it is a bog standard four star large tourist resort hotel. Something's are excellent eg. the pool something's are poor e.g. the restaurant. Equally the service varies between excellent and mediocre so all in... More

Stayed 4 nights at the hotel: 2 nights in Copa Gabana (can access to pool from balcony) and premier delux pool view room. 1) Lobby - First impression on the hotel was not good, dark lobby, noisy group tourist and dark corridor heading to my room (later found that the lamp was fixed) 2) Room- Copa Gabana is a nice... My husband and I have just returned from Cambodia where we spent 5 nights at this hotel and can only praise it in every way. Our booking was upgraded to a fantastic suite [courtesy of Leng Sophal] that provided us with luxury accommodation and added to our incredible experience whilst celebrating our anniversary and birthday celebrations [cake included!!]. The restaurant... More

I enjoyed my stay at the Angkor miracle resort. My room was very comfortable, the bathrooms are nice, modern and clean. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. It's quite a ways from town which is not exactly I bad thing. I wish there was more than 4 shuttles into town each day though, they don't run between 9 in... More

My husband and I have just returned home after spending 5 nights at Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa. It was a great base to explore Siem Reap from for the first time. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, meals were simple yet delicious and buffet breakfast had an awesome variety of options. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel, with a good restaurant and spa services. The staff was friendly and helpful, the saline pool was cool and inviting. It's in a good location and only a few minutes drive to the downtown area for more shopping and restaurants. A fine hotel and highly recommended.

I booked this hotel for 5 nights to spoil a bit my beautiful mother who wanted to see Angkor Complex. I bought a Luxury Escapes voucher covering besides hotel accommodation, a generous number of activities, offerings and services. For the whole duration we received personal dedicated assistance from Leng Sophal, the assistant e-commerce manager, who I highly recommend if you... More
