Rated 5* on our tour I would probably rate it 4.8* . The place is impressive and the facilities are good. The stand-out feature though is the staff who are tremendous. We stayed three nights and everything was fine. Get a premier deluxe room to avoid overlooking potential neighboring builds which are unavoidable in S.R. The pool view room was... More

We spent the last night of our tour of Cambodia at this hotel and did not mind it was not in the centre of things as we just wanted to avail of the peace and luxury we anticipated of a 5 star hotel. We were not disappointed... Our 28 hours here were sheer bliss! Greeted by Keo Mary, a very... More

Good 4.5-5 star hotel. Good locations. Very good price including breakfast. Very large room. The hotel lobby is very good. Only 1 restaurant and 1 coffee shop. Limited Veg food in the restaurant, coffee shop and room service. Very good and reasonable SPA. Very good foot massage and body massage. Most people in the hotel would speak English. Far from... Our family of four stayed 2 nights here during our trip to sight seeing Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. The hotel room is very beautiful and elegant with very precious teak wood decorations. Fully equipped with everything we need for our comfort such as super nice bed, big bath tub, big bath room, tv, free internet and spacious balcony overlooking... More

Pre booked to stay 29.12.14 - 01.01.15 in June 2014, when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist said they had our booking but had not booked us in for new year when they were sorting out NYE bookings, 2 hours wait in reception, they said we could pay an extra 60 USD per night to keep our booking AND... We recently stayed at this hotel for five nights. The room is spacious, nicely furnished & clean with basic amenities. The staff are extremely friendly. We had no problems whatsoever. Lovely resort only a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to pub street. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for one night in August & knew I had to stay here with my friend when we travelled in January. Was not disappointed at all - probably my favourite hotel I have stayed at anywhere in the world, I would give it a 10 star rating if I could. The staff are the friendliest in the world... More

Very nice hotel, close to the main city area and very close to the airport. We didn't get a room with a nice view but we didn't stay there much so didn't make much difference. Nice swimming pool. Not too big but good enough. Breakfast was OK. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed a babysitter to mind... More

Spent 3 nights here. When we arrived we had been given a twin room in error; the staff and management could not have handled it better. The hotel was full so they kindly upgraded us to the Ta Prohm suite on the 5th floor which consisted of a sitting room with large TV and DVD player a small dining room,... More

Dear Deborah, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your positive comment on this forum regardless a minor error on room allocation. With regards to green tea is generally an additional charge as it’s not in the existing breakfast set up. However, we are delighted that you had such a marvelous experience with our services, staff and... More

The services in this hotel were amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful with every random request we had. When I had a small issue (which was not their fault but the airline's), they even apologized. The location is a little far from the pub street area (a $4-5 tuk tuk ride) but easy to get to the airport.... More
